Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 11 November 2024. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcement. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has granted approval to resume construction activities at the J.Satine condominium construction site in Wangsa Maju (“the Project”). Following a thorough review and acceptance of the Independent Check Consultant Report, DBKL has approved the recommencement of work on Phase 3 (SOHO Block) and Phase 2 (Blocks A and B) of the Project. Construction activities for Phase 1 (Blocks C and D) will resume after the necessary foundation strengthening is fully completed and verified by other parties. Any material development in this matter will be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 2 May 2025.
