南无观世音菩萨

佛家说：万法由心生，一切惟心造。一个人的内心如果想要追求真善美的境界，那么他的外表一定有非常美好的气质。
佛陀具有最圆满的智慧与福德，所以佛陀的法相庄严无比。

我们学佛的人，如果能够勇猛精进，达到福慧双修的境界，必能表现出如沐春风，和蔼可亲的气质。

The buddhism quote: "All phenomena are manifest from our mind and everythings are created by the mind". If one's wants to pursue the realm of truth and goodness, he/she will has a good appearance.
The Buddha appearance is solemn because the Buddha has the complete and perfect wisdom, merits and blessing.
As a buddhist, if we can cultivate deliberately and diligently, enriched with both blessing and wisdom, for sure we will be able to show the temperament of being amiable.

我们应该时常心存善念，保持心地的纯洁与光明，如此才能过得平安顺利，必然会有好报，佛菩萨也会保佑我们。

俗语说：天堂地狱，只在一念之间。差之毫厘，往往失之千里，念头一转就是天堂，念头一转就成地狱。善与恶往往仅在一念之间，但是果报却是久远的。

如果心存恶念，必然遭受恶报的痛苦，这是因果业力的定律，所以说：菩萨畏因，众生畏果。我们应该时时谨慎我们的念头，让它纯善而无恶，如此就能保持身心。


We should always be good at heart and keep the purity and brightness of our hearts so that we can live peacefully and smoothly, and there will be good retribution eventually, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will bless us as well.

As the saying goes: Difference between Heaven and hell, is only between one thought. A tiny lapse can lead a huge mistake ; a minor discrepancy leading to enormous losses. If we have good thoughts we are like in heaven, likewise if we have evil thoughts we are like in hell. Good and evil are often only between one thought, but the retribution is in long time.

If you have an evil thought, you will suffer the pain of bad retribution. This is the law of causal karma. Therefore, bodhisattva fears the cause, while the sentient beings fears the retributions. We should always be cautious about our thoughts, let it be pure and no evil thoughts so that we can maintain the peace of our mind and body.

南无观世音菩萨

生命就像手掌中的流沙一般，对于已经从指缝间流掉的沙粒，我们无须去叹息，只要好好的握紧手掌间仅剩的沙粒。同样的，我们无须惊叹已经流逝的光阴，只要好好的把握现在。

从前，佛陀在世的时候，曾经问他随从的弟子们：人生究竟有多长？有个弟子回答说：五十年。佛陀说：不对。其他的弟子则陆续说出四十年；三十年，二十年等等的答案。
但是，佛陀总是摇著头。最后有一位弟子请示佛陀说：人生是不是只在一呼吸间？这时候的佛陀才点头。的确，人生只在一瞬息间，所以绝不能马马虎虎走完这一趟人生。

Life is like the sand in the palm of your hand. For sand that has flowed from the finger joints, we don't have to sigh, as long as we hold tight the sand left behind the palm. In the same way, we don't have to wonder at the time that has passed, as long as we grasp the present.

Once upon a time, when the Buddha was alive, he asked his disciples (followers): How long is life? A disciple replied: Fifty years. Buddha said: No. Other disciples take turns and replied, forty years; thirty years, twenty years, and so on.

However, the Buddha always shook his head. Finally, a disciple asked the Buddha: Is life only in one breath? At this time, the Buddha nodded. Indeed, life is only in a flash, thus we shouldn’t finish our life carelessly.

在你說任何話之前
先問問自己是否必要

若是不必要
就別說
這是訓練心的第一步

如果無法對你的嘴巴有任何的控制
又如何能期望對你的心有任何的控制呢？

布施

穷人问：我为什么这么穷？
答：因为你没有学会给予别人。
穷人：我什么都没有如何给？
答：一个人即使没有钱，也可以给予别人五样东西。

1:颜施:即微笑处事。给予每个人微笑

2:言施:多说鼓励，赞美和安慰别人的话。

3:心施：敞开心扉对人诚恳。

4:眼施：用善意的眼光给予别人。

5:身施：以行动帮助别人。

过去的那些跌跌撞撞、惨不忍睹、美不胜收的画面、只是要让我们觉醒用的、
经历过那些事情、我们才知道要改变什么、才会珍惜觉醒的可贵、
不经历那些事、我们不会衍生出智慧来、也不会反省自己、这些智慧和反省正是人类与动物的最大差别、
但是、人们却把过去当成收集痛苦的相簿、放在脑袋里、闲来无事就拿出来翻阅、在自己的心灵伤口上洒盐、折磨自己、自讨苦吃。
