小米Note3问题没办法解决

我也是遇过类似的问题,但不是小米.

你别跟service center的人吵,他们打工而已.

把你全部service 的record scan然后写封email 给xiaomi malaysia, 要求 replacement新电话, (我的case 要求 别的model, 理由是 ...

沒用的。已經email 幾十次。從3月到現在。不停重複一樣的email template. 比如以下。
"Greetings from Xiaomi!

Thank you for writing us again.

I would like to inform you that in lieu of the urgency of the situation, I am again escalating your complaint to our concerned authorities and you will certainly get a follow up as and when the issue is been worked out and prompt action to be taken. Kindly wait till the next update. We will certainly get back to you with the resolution.

Please get in touch with us if you need any further assistance.

朋友，如果你有收着你说的进进出出小米修理的证据，那么就简单了，直接消费部投诉！我告诉你立马见效。。。。（现在好像上网都可以投诉，你找找看）

我的红米NOTE 3很快发热，放着没用也会自己发热，最近热到自己关机开不回了，就拿去给电话店弄，他们不懂弄什么50块钱，过后开到机了，不过全部APP没有了

我覺得Note3 本身Design已經有問題了。我的Note3也是過熱到自己關機。一般上手機熱過頭自己關掉是正常的。可是我的Note3 沒開什麼App。就發熱然後Sot 掉。

我去service center 投訴。終於customer service 說會幫我做replacement . 然後等了3 個星期。
其中Mi Msia 不願意換。我死死拒絕持續換板。終於換回一粒Note4 給我。 真的不吊不行。希望Note4 沒有Design 問題。

本来想买红米4a给我家人用，还是不要了，还是买华为或荣耀好，自己用着荣耀4x, 5a都没问题，手机不会发热，只是价钱比小米贵，同样价钱spec也比小米低。
