Bhd. ("the Developer") at the contract price for works done in the sum of RM7,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Seven Million only) (excluding 6% Goods and Services Tax). Bhd. ("Amplogix") Amplogix has an issued share capital of RM2-00 comprised of 2 ordinary shares and its intended principal activity is to provide information technology facilities. The Directors of Amplogix are Mr Tay Hong Sing and Mr Koh Thain Lin. The incorporation of the above subsidiary will not have any effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of CHB and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. Neither does it have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings in the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.
