The reason behind Samsung doesn't unlock with just tap because it allows you to see your notification without u looking it that's why there is that delay and the other hand iphone you can't see your notification if you touch that home button with your registered finger with Samsung you can still press the home button and see if you want to unlock it or not

The S7 makes much more sense from a usability point of view. You can actually use the home button to check your notifications.

unsubscribe. and anytime the samsung did unlock faster than the iphone you say you think you left your finger on for a bit more longer. stfu you just prefer the iphone gtfo with the crap videos

The Galaxy S7 had its screen on and in the lockscreen. Yet didn't do any better.
It's just that it requires the finger to stay on the home Button longer to unlock.

I think you should leave your finger on the devices and see which one unlocks first. you just tap and leave your finger instantly, this doesnt show anything. I wish you tried to be a bit more fair..

bro why are u doing a test when everyone knows samsung did not design the software to unlock from the off screen it will only unlock while u are on the lockscreen. and the samsung is faster if u leave ur finger on the button a lottle longer.

The iPhone screen comes on first, but the phone can't be used until the animation finishes. So the Samsung is faster. MUCH faster.
