我是开刀bb，没有出院前，被护士问有免费上母乳讲解课，因为自己要喂母乳，就一齐推bb上课去了，得益多多哦！

Hypnobirthing class 和 哺乳课程一定要上。医院antenatal class 还是其次。

还没，因为这几个月没空。应该后个月会上课。

他的课程是每周一次的。也有连续两天的速成班。你怀孕几周啦？ 上完课还要时间练习的。也要跟医生讨论birth plan. 那个跟医生争取的信心要上过课/真的了解了才有的。如果现在的医生不接受你的birth plan, 你还有时间换。所以早一点去比较好。

槟城如果上网上搜查其实还蛮多医院有开antenatal class的，内容也很齐全。就比如这间医院，他们提供的很周全的课程，什么都有教。好棒！但实际的详情还是需要亲自去确定一下,因为有些网站没更新过，可能有些变动。
