一般政府不会随便收回产业。如果是,不管leasehold 还是 Freehold 政府都有权利收回作为国家发展用途。

不管是leasehold 还是freehold,购买产业主要看地点,预算,再来就是公共设备,如果能够买到freehold的就最好不过。
