租金马马虎虎还可以,大概一年4-5%,不过我看好越来越多本地人搬进这区了,不再只是一个只出租给外国人的地方 |

對咯,其實現在進場mont kiara,租金也是剛剛好cover monthly installment...
不過開始多本地人入住mont kiara 了。。。
像我的mk aman,最近就看到一些新搬來的本地年輕夫婦和退休人士。。。

Mk aman全都是大units吧?你是出租还是自住?我差点买了mk astana,不过最后选了la grande,480psf对freehold来说实在太便宜了

La grande 全部都是1900+的,还有几间4000sf的penthouse
刚刚买罢了,等着割名,我的unit是对jalan duta kiara. 对highway的units跟13,13a和3a会比较便宜
不喜欢angkupuri, almaspuri跟mk bayu,太高密度了
Mk pelangi,palma和pines还可以

是用从hatamas穿去mont kiara,highway底下的那一条路.
双车道,不过是jalan kiara 3,4,5,jalan segambut和jalan duta kiara四五条路共用的路
没像jalan kiara 3接着jalan segambut那么惨,不过kiaramas靠近hatamas soul out多过靠近dutamas
Mont kiara jalan duta kiara 穿到dutamas去jalan kuching的路比较值钱, 从kiaramas用这条路会遇到几个瓶颈 本帖最后由 condomx 于 5-12-2013 06:44 PM 编辑

这几天都在满家乐,在新租客还没搬进时先住住几天,吃东西,买菜买日常用品都用双脚走路,感觉蛮不错的,下两天会去再观察考验交通在繁忙时间有没有变得更坏.
One mont kiara mall真的很小,顾客应该大多数是住在附近的,在如今流行的megamall潮流之下,蛮难拉到太远的人流,大部份人都去了solaris一带. Plaza mont kiara和one mont kiara的命运真的要靠未来的arcoris跟ynh的mk163来挽救了人流了
不过one mont kiara mall的village grocer和solaris dutamas的ben independent grocer都在走着高端路线,里面的东西比aeon jusco强多了,不过也比较贵,连入口的洗衣粉都有,小小一盒就50块,英镑直接转马币卖啊. 跟前两个相比之下,solaris mont kiara的cold storage就好像是个便利店罢了,又不够大,又没有特色 本帖最后由 condomx 于 9-12-2013 12:11 AM 编辑
