400k FREEHOLD 还有吗？不可能吧！！ 我看这么多地区的房屋应该是rawang, kuala selangor可能还找到。 现在Kajang，semenyih都开始贵了。 |

是的咯。。如果你的budget这么低，只有能够选2手或3手还是18 X 60那种很小的屋子了。现在连普通Apartment都要400-500k起。。
Condo 800k以上甚至bukit jalil 卖者的RM1.4m。。如果你说400k的屋子就算有，都应该是bumi才买到吧

如果你不要选new launch, 买二手的
Desa Coalfields 看起来蛮适合你的
第一个phase的差不多mature 了，2-storey, 20*65大概还有350k上下, Freehold
你工作地点/日常活动在什么地区，这个距离Ijok中心还有15km左右(kepong to kuala selangor direction) |

worldwide holding 在puncak bestari, 刚买完。。明年第一季有新的24x70， 99年。。。400k - 500k....
klk properties, 年尾会有新的。。20x70, freehold, 4xxk....
