The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the fire incident will not have any material impact on OCB Group’s current financial year performance. The quantum of the insurance claim has yet to be ascertained.

（吉隆坡4日讯）OCB Bhd委任LKL国际（LKL International Bhd）在全球市场推广和销售其Breathair品牌的医用级垫层。
OCB今日向大马交易所报备，独资子公司Agrow Corp私人有限公司已与LKL签署为期两年的谅解备忘录（MoU）。
Agrow是建筑材料方面的专家，为建设和建筑行业提供一系列国际和本地品牌的卫浴、浴室配件等产品。
OCB指出：“LKL和Agrow都设想一个互惠互利的安排，合作开发Breathair产品市场，这是一种先进的可水洗垫层物料，具有高透气和透水性、耐久和抗菌，并广泛应用于医院和医疗机构。”
根据MoU，LKL将负责申请Breathair商品在全球市场销售的所需证书。
