去年首度蒙亏．首季转盈．APB资源今年料稳定

（吉隆坡14日讯）APB资源（APB,5568,主板工业产品组）成立以来首次蒙亏，亏损逾700万令吉，惟看好油脂化学及能源领域，料整体表现将因触底而稳定。

该公司首席营运员陈胜光在股东大会后指出，2016财政年为该公司营运以来首度蒙亏，2017财政年若要取得强劲反弹或较为吃力，但并不认为表现将再大步走弱。

他指出，相对2015至2016财政年的高峰期，该公司订单已削减了将近50%，如高压容器的赚幅降至少于20%，而位于雪邦新村及关丹的两间厂房，目前使用率亦少于50%。

“因为新兴市场经济减速，加上过剩所带来的滞后效应，公司在2016年受这些结合因素的打击，但今年料将会更稳定。”

印中食用油需求仍强劲

陈胜光补充，APB资源的业务受市场需求所摆布，因印度及中国的食用油需求仍然较为强劲，加上能源领域的复苏有待提高需求，因此乐观看待这两项业务的前景。

尽管接获新订单的谘询，陈胜光交代，这些项目有上十亿的总值，需该公司的仔细考量，因此截至目前，尚未被纳入公司的订单总值。

另外，陈胜光指，员工也因成本削减而由最高峰时的500名，减至约100名，皆为合同雇员，虽费不必固定员工的费用低，但因合同雇员属于性质较为灵活，可进一步减轻该公司成本方面的压力。

不排除扩展业务版图

询及是否会将公司业务多元化，他称，该公司虽不排除扩展业务版图，但预计不会偏离目前的工程设备核心业务。

截至2016年9月30日为止，A PB资源2016财政年全年净亏712万6652令吉，但手握现金报4825万7708令吉，最终单层股息为3.0%；而截至2016年12月31日首季为止，相对前期转亏为盈，录得228万9000令吉净利，营业额则按年降57.12%，至1440万7000令吉。

该公司提供工程总承包（EPCC），依据客户规格及设计，制造如高压容器、换热器、蒸汽机等大型机械，主要客户来自石化、化学品、油棕加工、造纸、发电等领域，另外也提供非破坏性检测（NDT）服务。
