要在股市中赚钱一点都不容易，尤其是在今年。我之前就曾在个人专区里提到今年的投资方向，最主要集中于极少被提起或未曾拉升的个股。而，不管投资什么股，是否从中赚钱或亏钱，首先需具备些基本条件如对于该上市公司的认知、其领导层、耐心、正确投资概念等等。

冷门股票指的是一般交易量极为少、流通性差、股价变动幅度较为小，因此很少会有投资者对其感兴趣，通常以横盘为主。该公司的业绩往往不佳，投资有较大风险。

如要投资冷门股，需知为何其公司业绩经营不佳及该公司管理层如何扭转该局面。因此，初入股市者不建议买进冷门股。那么要在什么时候才是对的投资机会在于那些冷门股呢？根据彼得。林奇曾说过的一句话，也就是对于小公司，最好等他们赢利后再投资。

那么市场上到底是否存在着类似的个股呢？

答案是有。而这就是我今年2016年来首个推荐的冷门股。

LCHEONG，股海中的弱股之一，未来的强势股。

至于为什么，个人将稍后一一解说。

首先，先来介绍联昌控股的主席---拿督苏进权。拿督苏进权在21岁时就开始创业，创设新发集团，并从事地砖、建筑工程、木业、贸易、板厂、屋顶架构等。1986年负债重修马六甲红屋工程；1995年收购三达木业（Shantawood Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd），供应木材和屋顶架构至全马各地。再于2006年收购联昌等家具厂。

他于2007年5月19日被委任为该公司的非执行主席，如今间接有29.38%股权。联昌控股旗下子公司，主要涉及家具的制造及贸易。值得留意的是，联昌控股于2006年厂房失火导致连续四个季度报告惨重亏损，并于2009年以来季度报告净利润从未超过RM250,000直至2016年2月刚出炉的季度报告所显示出的净利润竟高达RM696,000，突破了六年多以来的净利润新高点。

根据2015年度报告，联昌控股52.81%销售额主要来自于海外市场如美国、英国、欧洲等；其余 47.19%销售额主要来自于本地市场。据最新的季度报告显示出，联昌控股60.14%销售额主要贡献来自于海外，其余39.86%来自于本地市场。换句话来说也就是，只要马币兑美元持续走弱，将有利于该公司赚取更多的盈利。年度销售额增长率达13.79%。

The Board is confident and optimistic that the Group will achieve commendable earnings in the coming year. We will however continue to focus on our strength in materials processing to extract higher recovery of raw materials for our range of products.
The addition of a new raw material production line in the broad segment forms part of this strategy. At the same time, we will explore higher value added products for part of our production capacity. Nevertheless, our Group will continue to strengthen its overall operations to ensure efficiency and will also continue to rationalise our product offerings.
We will review and formulate business strategies to meet the challenges of the market environment as well as pursue any other opportunities that may contribute to our continued growth.

联昌控股2.65%股权以4.5%的溢价在场外易手

（吉隆坡20日讯）联昌控股（Len Cheong Holding Bhd）今日有175万股，或相等于2.65%的股权，以每股35仙在场外易手，该成交价比过去三日的平均股价（33.5仙）溢价4.48%。

彭博社数据显示，这批股票是在下午3时12分在场外交易。橡胶木家俱制造商联昌控股过去10日的股价，在公开市场从未收逾35仙的水平。

献议易名为Sand Nisko Capital Bhd的联昌控股，2015财政年末季（截至2015年12月31日）因令吉兑美元走软而转亏为盈，净赚139万令吉，销量则按年攀高29.5%至878万令吉。

然而，该集团2015财年仍旧蒙亏498万令吉。

联昌控股的股价自3月起，由2月29日的闭市价17.5仙不断攀升。联昌控股去年的日均成交量仅为几千股，除了少数几天高达255万股。

不过，该股自3月起的日均成交量却超越500万股。

大马交易所在3月7日向联昌控股发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询，惟后者却称对任何导致该股成交量异动的企业发展毫不知情。
