聯營2億曼谷度假村‧高峰預計投資回酬30%

(吉隆坡11日訊)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑組)與UFUN集團及中國投資者聯營發展總值2億令吉曼谷度假村發展計劃,預計首期發展計劃投資回酬料達30%。
高峰集團董事經理丹斯里鄭福成在聯營簽約儀式後表示,首期發展計劃料於3年內完成,2017年首季投運,預計投資回酬30%。
該計劃是由高峰控股旗下49%股權投資臂膀高峰(泰國)有限公司、UFUN集團及中國個人投資者湯從順聯營發展,三方分別持股56%、29%及15%,度假村名為曼谷Marina Resort & Spa,發展面積76萬8千542平方呎,共有817個單位。
另外,除了上述度假村,高峰集團亦計劃未來在度假村後方興建水上樂園、濱海中心及外國村。
鄭福成透露,目前該公司還在等待當地土地賣家的回應。
“會持續在該處收購土地,面積約100至500英畝,發展總值及期限將視買家反應才作出決定。”
目前該計劃僅開放銷售於會員,首100個單位已被預訂,買家來自東盟國及中國,並放眼3個月內500個單位售出目標,隨後才開放於公眾市場。
在加上這項最新發展,高峰控股旗下的總發展總值將達28億8千萬令吉。
KLIA 2 12月料完工
至於第二吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA2)何時竣工的問題,鄭福成表示上週五剛與聯營夥伴UEM集團主席丹斯里阿末達祖丁一起巡視工程,目前工程已完成98%,部份工程已交接且開始進行安檢。
“預計12月將100%完工,不過當局還需要5個月時間進行安檢程序,料可在4月檢查完畢,於5月如期投運。”
至與大馬機場控股有限公司(MAHB)索取延期賠償一事,鄭福成表示已針對該事提出上述,不存有延期賠償問題,公司每個月也如期獲得工程付款。
早前大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服組)向承包商之一的UEM-高峰控股發出延期賠償(LAD),每日索償20萬令吉。
第二吉隆坡國際機場原本預定於今年5月啟用,不過因工程無法如期完成,開幕日期已第五次延展,負責機場管理的大馬機場在今年5月表示該機場僅可能在年杪準備就緒。(星洲日報/財經)

高峰控股 丹聯營1.5億項目

(吉隆坡19日訊)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主要板建築)獨資子公司高峰房地產公司,與聖淘沙發展私人有限公司,在吉蘭丹聯營發展綜合商業與住宅計劃,發展總值近1.5億令吉。
兩家公司今日簽署聯營協議,以在哥打峇魯古邦閣亮(Kubang Kerian),發展名為Sentosa Residence的綜合發展計劃,發展總值1億4870萬令吉。
根據協議,該項發展計劃為1棟27層樓高的公寓,其中10層為零售單位、11層辦公樓單位、339個住宅單位,及485個停車位。

分析員預期上述產業計劃將在明年中推出,公寓平均售價為每平方呎450令吉。
該公司持有聯營公司的60%股權。該行假設營運賺幅為4%,估計這項產業計劃可分別將2014至2016財政年盈利提高10萬令吉、50萬令吉和50萬令吉,促使財測調高0.7至0.9%。

UEM高峰联营重申 klia2可如期竣工

(吉隆坡24日讯)UEM集团與高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)联营公司(简称UEM-高峰控股联营公司)重申,第二吉隆坡国际機场(klia2)可在限期内竣工。
UEM-高峰控股联营公司今天发出文告,宣佈klia2的主航站大楼、卫星大楼、空中行人天桥(skybridge)和衔接中心的工程配套,都可如期完成。
UEM集团旗下工程與建筑臂膀———UEM建筑(UEM Builders Berhad)董事经理莫哈末拉欣表示,联营公司严厉确保工程配套可完成。
他也提到,联营公司放眼所负责部份,可在2014年1月31日前,可取得完工及符合证/房屋竣工证书(CCC)。
同时,联营公司也积极與其他相关利益者合作,如大马機场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股),以及计划的顾问和有关当局。
他强调,尽管限期内竣工是重要目标,但联营公司不会就此忽略新機场的安全、品质和营运效率。
传四度展延
UEM-高峰控股联营公司获颁的klia2主航站大楼、卫星大楼、空中行人天桥(skybridge)和衔接中心配套,总值9亿9700萬令吉,也是大马機场所颁发32个配套中的其中之一。
高峰控股执行董事郑家恩表示,虽然面对诸多挑战,但联营公司继续合作,以在截止日期之前完成,也希望可在2014年2月1日正式进行营运准备與機场移交(简称ORAT)程序。
“我们获得各方合作,也希望这努力可延续至明年1月。”

高峰获铁矿石开采合约

(吉隆坡6日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)获颁一项工程,为复兴有限公司(FELCRA)的铁矿石探勘及开采计划,进行勘探及生产工作。
高峰控股在文告指出,这项工程是由复兴有限公司颁发给独资子公司———Crystal CrownAerocity私人有限公司。
这项计划将会在复兴有限公司位于彭亨的Atok Jani河地区接近281英亩土地上进行。
不过,这项计划仍需获得彭亨州政府的批准。

(吉隆坡6日訊)消息有指,成榮集團(MUDAJYA,5085,主要板建築)和高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主要板建築),將成為價值20億令吉的金鑾鎮-白沙羅大道(KIDEX)領先競標者。
財經週刊《The Edge》引述消息來源說,目前成榮集團和高峰控股相爭價值20億令吉的合約,以建設長達14.9公里的金鑾鎮-白沙羅大道。
報導說,高峰控股與中國港灣有限公司(China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd)結盟競標合約;成榮集團則獨立競標合約。
據了解,相關單位已成功篩選5家公司,但成榮集團和高峰控股勝算較高,因為成榮集團和高峰控股在建設領域的實力;中國港灣公司也是近期完成的檳城第二大橋主要承包商。
金鑾鎮-白沙羅大道的承包商HSS工程有限公司,則對該大道的細節守口如瓶。

相比起高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主要板建築),我們認為成榮集團(MUDAJYA,5085,主要板建築)擁有更大機會獲頒金鑾鎮-白沙羅大道(KIDEX)建築工程。
這是因成榮集團擁有強勁建設國內高架結構高速公路紀錄。該集團最后建設的高速公路計劃是總值高達20至30億令吉的瓜拉雪蘭莪高速大道(LATAR)。
KIDEX競標結果料在下半年公布,這或能雙倍增強成榮集團目前訂單,從10億令吉漲至30億令吉。
我們也相信,KIDEX建築工程能大力推動成榮集團公司能力,同時協助該集團拿下發電廠總值達4億至5億令吉的3A軌道合約,及總值達10億令吉的3B軌道合約。
KIDEX建築工程與成榮集團發電廠合約將是本財年潛在的股票催化劑。我們對該股維持“增持”投資評級。

获2亿合约 高峰建渔业中心

(吉隆坡15日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)宣布,旗下独资子公司--高峰建筑私人有限公司,获得一项总值2亿4784万令吉的合约工程,负责在砂拉越古晋建设渔业中心(Fishery Complex)。
高峰控股今天发文告指出, 高峰建筑私人有限公司与渔业中央基地私人有限公司(Pangkalan Ikan Central Sdn.Bhd.)以及BLESSED BUILDERS私人有限公司签署合约协议,以负责大马渔业发展局(Fisheries Development Authority of Malaysia)在古晋的渔业中心建造。
该渔业中心的设立是为了综合上游和下游渔业的经济活动,而高峰建筑將负责计划、设计和建筑工作。该项工程合约將在36个月內完成。
文告称,此项新合约工程將该集团的未完成订单总值,进一步推高至19亿3000万令吉。
此项消息带动高峰控股股价在今天走高,盘中一度触及全天最高的7 5 仙, 起4 . 5 仙或6.38%,不过,隨后收窄涨幅,以7 1 仙闭市, 全天起0 . 5 仙或0.71%。
该股在今日的交投比昨日炽热,从昨日的278万2700股,增至701万5800股。
踏入4月,高峰控股在月初呈涨,更在8日创下78.5仙,然而,在过去一周却连续出现下跌的格局,並在昨日70.5仙掛收,与8日的78.5仙相比,下挫8仙或11.35%。【东方网财经】

獲2.4億合約‧高峰控股維持評級

(吉隆坡16日訊)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑組)獲頒砂拉越古晉的2億4千784萬令吉漁業中心建造合約。工程將待委任機構Pangkalan Ikan Central公司(PIC)與貸款機構達成融資協議後開始,期限是36個月。
分析
達證券估計新合約賺幅為4%,意味著可在36個月內帶來990萬令吉稅前盈利。
這是高峰今年獲得的第一項建築工程,手中合約將增至19億3千萬令吉。
全年可獲8億新工程
由於達證券看好高峰全年可爭取約8億令吉新工程,而前述工程仍在預測範圍之內,因此無意調整2014至2016財政年盈利預測。
達證券維持71.5仙目標價,評級為“賣出”。
