沙布拉资源净利挫82%

（吉隆坡25日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）截至4月30日首季，净利从去年同期的163万令吉，按年重挫82.14%，至29万1000令吉。
每股盈利从去年同期的1.17仙，减少至0.21仙。
营业额则按年上涨5.76%，从去年同期的949万5000令吉，增加至1004万2000令吉。
沙布拉资源在文告中阐述，由于在去年4月完成对ImpianBebas有限公司收购50%股权活动中，贷款的成本过高，因此依然影响该季净利表现。
该股周四平盘无交易，收盘87.5仙。【南洋网财经】

沙布拉次季净利挫64%

（吉隆坡21日讯）由于借贷成本走高，沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）截至7月底次季净利，按年猛挫63.73%，至74万6000令吉，逊于去年同期的205万7000令吉。
不过，营业额则上涨6.63%，从999万1000令吉，增至1065万3000令吉，归功于产业投资业务录得较高的收入。
累计2个季度，净利按年暴跌71.87%至103万7000令吉；营业额则上扬6.2%，报2069万5000令吉。
纵观目前的经济充满挑战，或会影响公司航空业务表现，不过，董事部有信心公司的长期前景仍乐观。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡27日讯）传国家股权公司（Ekuinas）投资臂膀Ilmu教育集团可能向沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股），收购大马亚太科技大学（APIIT）教育集团的49%股权。
《星报》引述消息报道，Ilmu教育集团目前持有APIIT教育集团的51%股权，该公司在上市前，或向沙布拉资源全购剩余股权。
“Ilmu教育集团预期在明年上市，Ekuinas有望帮助该公司购入剩余的49%股权，来加强业务基本面。”
消息指，APIIT教育集团是Ilmu教育集团旗下，表现最出色的子公司之一。
一名银行业者也指出，把APIIT教育集团完全纳入旗下后，可提高Ilmu教育集团的整体市值，有利上市计划。
Ekuinas通过电邮表示，公司对任何有关投资机会的市场传言不予置评，不过，任何时候都开放考虑符合本身条件的良好投资。

（吉隆坡29日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）澄清，公司向来都在评估业务发展和未来计划。
沙布拉资源昨天发出文告，针对Ilmu教育集团可能向公司，收购大马亚太科技大学（APIIT）教育集团49%股权的消息作出回应。
“我们向来都在评估各种业务营运及未来发展，以便为集团增值，而这些评估可能包括也可能不包括扩展、撤资或重组现有业务。”
该公司将在适当时候，公布有关事件的最新进展。

沙布拉资源股价从9月17日开始上涨，至今涨幅已超过111%。
成交量在9月前的5个月内，每天不超过10万股，但在股价飙涨后成交量明显爆增。

（吉隆坡16日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）以2亿4698万8000令吉，将3大教育业务的股权，脱售予国家股权公司（Ekuinas）投资臂膀Ilmu教育集团。
根据文告，沙布拉资源今日和Ilmu教育集团签署有条件买卖协议，进行3项交易。
该公司先是以5800万令吉，脱售大马亚太科技大学（APIIT）的49%股权。接着再以1亿6198万8000令吉，脱售亚太科技大学（APU）的49%股权。
另外一项交易则是APIIT Lanka的37.61%股权脱售计划，交易额为2700万令吉。
沙布拉资源指出，脱售3大交易业务的股权，主要是释放价值和善用资金推动产业相关业务的增长，尤其是吉隆坡城中城（KLCC）发展计划和航空业务。
再者，公司能取得一次性的预估收益为1亿9220万令吉。
另一方面，该公司计划将交易取得的资金，挪出698万令吉作为特别派息，此外，9080万8000令吉将作为未来的拓展和营运资本，而1亿4460万令吉则用以偿还银行贷款，其余的则是脱售的开销。

沙布拉澄清 售3子公司获1.3亿收益

（吉隆坡24日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板產业股）澄清，早前建议脱售旗下3家子公司股权所取得的一次性预估收益应是1亿3800万令吉，而非早前预测的1亿9220万令吉。
该公司发文告指出，根据经审核的2015財政年1月1日业绩报表显示，一次性预估收益为1亿3800万令吉。
早在本月16日，该公司建议以总值2亿4699万令吉，分別脱售APIIT教育集团私人有限公司、亚太平洋大学私人有限公司及亚太平洋机构的信息技术斯里兰卡私人有限公司股权，予Ilmu教育集团。
目前该公司分別持有以上公司的49%、49%及37.61%股权。该公司文告指出，脱售股权，主要是APIIT教育业务会进入新长期投资发展及增长阶段，將须要投入显著资金，以建造新学院，所以APIIT股息將会受到影响。
此外，若APIIT需要更多资金，沙布拉资源则必须注资，否则股权则会被稀释。
因此，沙布拉资源决定套现，以该笔资金发展其產业相关业务。【东方网财经】

（吉隆坡31日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）截至1月31日末季，净利微跌0.06%，写350万1000令吉；营业额则涨39.2%，报1369万7000令吉。
全年而言，净利猛挫87.5%，仅达295万3000令吉；营业额扬15.7%，报4577万7000令吉。
第四季和全年的营业额走高，均归功于航空业务较高的贡献。
全年净利急退，则是因为联营公司贡献减少，以及收购计划所涉及的较高融资成本。
随着公司在本月16日，脱售教育业务，因此旗下的核心业务将剩下产业及航空业务。【南洋网财经】

售教育资產 沙布拉资源专注產业业务

（斯里肯邦安15日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板產业股）董事经理拿督沙里曼三苏丁表示，在脱售教育资產后，公司將把资本集中在发展其產业业务。
他说，该公司將与KLCC控股私人有限公司联营，兴建一座52层的大楼，连接吉隆坡会展中心，並希望能够在2020年完成。「我们会將部份脱售所得用在该项目，发展总值约为15亿令吉。」
他是今日出席股东大会后，如是指出。
沙里曼三苏丁说，股东今日已批准以2亿4699万令吉，分別脱售剩余的APIIT教育集团私人有限公司、亚太平洋大学私人有限公司及亚太平洋机构的信息技术斯里兰卡私人有限公司股权，予Ilmu教育集团。
展望未来，沙里曼三苏丁指出，该公司將因为来自吉隆坡新办公楼项目的租金，而拥有强劲的现金流。
根据2016年报，该公司教育业务在过去4年皆有利可图。不过，目前这项业务进入一个长期发展的新阶段，其中，APIIT教育集团正在武吉加里尔建设新校舍的项目，首阶段料在2016年中旬完成。
若是APIIT因为资金需求而进行集资，沙布拉资源则必须根据股权比例注资，否则股权则会被稀释。
因此，公司董事局认为，脱售教育业务的非控制性股权，將可以为该公司长期带来更好的价值。在该脱售计划之后，公司將有额外资源，可探討新的商机，因此，该公司也在寻找其他產业发展项目，无论是巴生谷內或其他地点。【东方网财经】 |

售资产只派息11.5仙‧沙布拉目标价下修
（吉隆坡29日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业组）在脱售重要资产后只派发11.5仙特别息，令分析员深感失望，该公司未来将仰赖吉隆坡市中心的15亿令吉办公楼计划推动盈利，但预期只在2020年后才带来贡献，分析员因此下调该股目标价。
15亿办公楼2020年后贡献
肯纳格研究指出，沙布拉资源在3月宣布以2亿4千699万令吉脱售APIIT教育集团，包括所获股息在内，共从中取得3亿1500万现金，但是却只将其中1610万令吉或5%作用派发特别息，远低于该行预期的至少20%派息率。
包含已派发的3仙股息，该公司在2017财年（1月结账）共派息14.5仙（14.5%周息率）。
在失去了重要的教育业务后，该公司手上的主要动力来源为产业投资（有获利）和航空（亏损）。
该公司和KLCC控股私人有限公司在吉隆坡城中城一带发展总值15亿令吉的LOT91办公大楼，预期2020年可竣工。
肯纳格不确定沙布拉资源有意脱售和保留这项KLCC产业联营计划，但视其为投资用途，在2020年竣工前都没有盈利入账。
沙布拉资源在2016财年的净负债比为0.29倍，在还债之后，预料于2017财年拥有1亿6200万令吉净现金（每股1令吉16仙），相比之下，其市值仅1亿4000万令吉。
肯纳格将沙布拉资源合理价从2令吉21仙下调至1令吉65仙，和目前价位相比显示该股仍具价值，但是投资者须采长期投资观点，该股需长时间才能释放价值，因此未给予该股评级。

沙布拉資源 次季特別派息11.5仙
2016年9月30日
（吉隆坡30日訊）航空業務取得高收入，沙布拉資源（SAPRES，4596，主要板房產）次季業績報捷，宣布每股派發11.5仙特別股息。
沙布拉資源向馬證交所報備，旗下航空業務錄得可觀收入，帶動截至7月底2017財年次季淨利按年暴漲183%至211萬3000令吉，比較上財年同期的74萬6000令吉；營業額亦取得24%成長，報1324萬令吉。
綜觀該公司首半年業績表現，累積淨利由上財年的103萬7000令吉，增長至439萬2000令吉；營業額則揚21%，由2069萬5000令吉增至2512萬5000令吉。
展望未來，沙布拉資源有信心，旗下房產及航空業務將持續為公司創造價值。【中国报财经】

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | SAPURA RESOURCES BERHAD ("SRB" or "the Company")- Acquisition of a New Wholly-Owned Subsidiary | INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of SRB (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Sapura Aero Sdn Bhd (“SASB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SRB, has on 19 October 2016 entered into a share sale agreement (“SSA”) with ISY Holdings Sdn Bhd (“ISYH”) to acquire from ISYH the remaining 153,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of ISY Aerina Sdn Bhd (“Aerina”) (“Sale Shares”), representing 51% of the issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of Aerina, for a total purchase consideration of RM100,000.00 (“the Acquisition”).
Hence, upon the completion of the Acquisition, Aerina is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SASB, which in turn, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SRB.
