根据大马交易所的文告，现年54岁的萨祖林，是以个人理由表明提早退休的意愿。

公司官网资料显示，萨祖林是在2010年1月10日加入公司董事部，并负责企业事务。随后，在2010年9月1日，受委为合力集团公司的主席。

根据另一份文告，合力宣布委任鲁斯迪莫哈末诺为公司执行董事。

鲁斯迪目前是在合力子公司Semarak Niaga Lanskap私人有限公司，任董事经理一职。文告指出，他毕业于博特拉大学教育系（体育教育）。

（吉隆坡15日讯）合力（MERGE，5006，主板建筑股）截止7月31日次季，净利激增311%，达92万9000令吉；营业额则跌56%，报1586万令吉。

累计上半年，净利大涨606%，达194万9000令吉；营业额滑落19.4%，报4310万6000令吉。

根据文告，净利走扬归功于FELDA项目竣工。

同时，合力也宣布，将财政年截止日期，从原本的1月31日，更换至3月31日。

因此，接下来的经审计财务报表将为期14个月，从今年的2月1日，直至明年的3月31日。【南洋网财经】

Reference is made to the announcment dated 10 February 2015 pertaining to the proposed acquisition by MEB of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing the entire equity interest in Semarak Niaga Lanskap Sdn Bhd ("Semarak Niaga"). The Board of Directors of MEB wishes to announce that there was a shortfall of Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Three and sen Twenty One (RM397,793.21) only ("Shortfall") in the profit guarantee provided by the previous shareholders of Semarak Niaga to the Company during the financial year ended 31 March 2016. The Shortfall will be off-set against the balance consideration to be paid by the Company to the previous shareholders of Semarak Niaga. 合力放眼贏更多政府水务合约

（吉隆坡6日讯）儘管当前大马建筑业陷入下滑趋势，但合力（MERGE，5006，主板建筑股）有信心在政府宣布2017年財政预算案后，从官方贏获更多水利相关的基建工程合约，进而推动其2017財政年业绩成长。

合力首席执行员兼执行董事拿督阿都加里尔在今日的股东大会后向媒体表示，有消息指，政府將在10月推出的来年財政预算案中，加大对国內基础建设项目的拨款，而这会对合力带来正面影响。

「合力大部份水利工程合约皆获颁自官方机构，而在本地，像我们这类专营水利建筑工程的业者並不多，凭著我们的深厚经验及过往良好工程记录，我有信心合力可以继续获得官方的青睞，获颁更多散布在全马各地的水利工程合约。」

阿都加里尔称，现时合力逾80%的营业额来自水利设施建筑业务。他还补充道，无论经济好或坏，社会都必须使用水，合力经营的水利设施建筑业务可谓是「抗不景气业务」之一，因此他相信，合力可以安然度过目前大马经济放缓的困境。

同时，合力执行董事莱兹妲透露，目前合力手上共有逾1亿令吉的工程合约，但只能维持至明年。在合约竞標方面，合力现在共竞標价值约2亿令吉的工程合约。

阿都加里尔补充道，根据以往记录，合力的竞標成功率在30%至40%之间。

现在，合力手上价值最高的水利工程合约是座落在北根彭亨河的甘仲滤水站（Ganchong Water Treatment Plant），合约价值为1亿5790万令吉，目前已经完成了90%的建筑工程，將会如期在2017年3月竣工。

献议建一马房屋

另外，阿都加里尔透露，合力已经向政府献议，在该公司处於双文丹的13英亩土地上，建设约600单位的可负担一马房屋。

「现在，市场对可负担房屋的需求量很大，合力亦拥有建筑工程相关能力，我们认为这是进军相关领域的好机会。」

在其他业务方面，莱兹妲表示，合力在去年收购了一家產业保养维修及害虫处理公司，为公司带来新的收入。

「这项业务赚幅高达30%，在2016財政年，为合力贡献了约10%的营业额。」

阿都加里尔亦称，市场上对產业保养维修业务的需求量呈现上升趋势，是有利可图的领域。

同时，他透露，儘管油气业依然低迷，但合力旗下的油气设施水源相关零件保养与维修业务依然有利可图，而且赚幅高达40%，比水利设施建筑业务的单位数赚幅要高得多，並没有拖累公司整体业绩。

阿都加里尔称，合力的水利设施建筑业务赚幅较低，原因在於公司必须在竞標中压低价格，以保持竞爭力。【东方网财经】
