（吉隆坡13日讯）受本地、中国和阿联酋业务拖累，导致综合通运（ILB，5614，主板贸服股）截至9月30日第三财季由盈转亏。

由于来自中国联号公司的盈利贡献减少、本地营运成本增加、阿联酋联营公司亏损扩大等，综合通运第三季净亏305万8000令吉，或每股1.80仙，去年同期为431万3000的净利。

中国业务的仓库与相关增值服务收入增加，带动第三季营业额增3.03%至3501万1000令吉，去年同期为3398万3000令吉。

在首9个月，综合通运净亏707万2000令吉，去年同期为429万5000令吉净利；营业额则下滑2.14%至1亿215万3000令吉。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡28日讯）综合通运（ILB，5614，主板贸服股）建议派发特别股息，每100股现有普通股的股东，将获得8股库存股。

该公司向马交所报备，上述特别股息是属于截至去年12月31日财年的特别股息。

这批特别股息的除权日定于2月12日，享有日则落在2月14日。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡25日讯）截至2013年12月31日财年末季，综合通运（ILB，5614，主板贸服股）凭着中国业务贡献增加而转亏为盈，录得1亿3678万4000令吉净利，相等于每股盈利83.1仙，上财年同期净亏439万7000令吉。

公司同时宣布，派发每股1.19仙股息，上财年同期派发了5仙股息。

尽管如此，当季营业额却年挫41.6%至1959万1000令吉，上财年同期则是3353万1000令吉，因为该公司在去年10月脱售了一些中国业务。

合计全年，综合通运也成功转亏为盈，净利报1亿2971万2000令吉，相等于每股盈利78.6仙；营业额则下滑11.7%至1亿2174万4000令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡26日訊）綜合通運（ILB，5614，主板貿服組）懷疑因投資者錯以為該公司宣佈派發1令吉19仙高股息，而在週三一度猛漲22.5仙或32.3%，上演烏龍劇。

該股早盤一開市即緊吸投資者眼球，股價在龐大買盤支持下急速飆升，惟或許因投資者開始發現“上錯船”，股價在上探92仙全天高點後開始回落，惟股價走勢依然堅挺，總結全天仍得以保住超過半數漲幅，以83仙收盤，全天漲13.5仙，成交量則高達2千887萬2千400股。

據瞭解，該股在週二公佈的第四季業績中，於股息欄內填上“118.93仙”派息額，令部份投資者誤以為該公司宣佈派發高息，加上該股週二閉市時股價只有69.5仙，許多投資者於是抱著“機不可失”的心態匆忙進場扯購，放眼賺取龐大價差。

不過，上述“118.93仙”派息額，其實是配合綜合通運在去年第四季完成脫售子公司--深圳ISH運輸和河南綜合運輸有限公司所進行的資本回退，而且早在去年11月除權，以及在12月5日派發給投資者。

這意味，最新業績中宣佈的118.93仙股息，其實是已經派發的股息，並非將在未來派發的股息。（星洲日報／財經）

大方派息小股東驚喜‧綜合通運發展計劃未明

（吉隆坡4日訊）小股東對綜合通運（ILB,5614,主板貿服組）脫售中國子公司股權獲益後大方派息回饋股東感到驚喜，惟該公司卻未在股東大會上透露脫售資產後的發展計劃。

小股東也表示，該公司並沒有在股東大會中提及任何擴充或收購計劃，但卻大讚該公司脫售中國資產是釋放資產價值的正確決定且脫售時機剛剛好，因中國經濟成長在去年位於高峰，但到了今年則有所放緩，若今年出售恐怕售價較低。

看好迪拜業務

同時，小股東也看好該公司在迪拜的業務，因在該市場沒有其他大馬綜合物流業者，且迪拜也逐漸從2008年的金融危機中復甦。

儘管該公司2013財政年營收從前期的1億3千792萬3千令吉稍挫至1億2千174萬4千令吉，但淨利卻從前期蒙損10萬令吉躍至獲利1億2千973萬3千令吉，主要因該公司在去年10月脫售旗下中國兩家子公司ISH物流和河南綜合通運公司全數股權，共獲益2億4千590萬令吉。

不僅如此，該公司還將所獲收益透過特別派息大方回饋股東，特別股息派發每股35.72仙加上單層股息每股83.21仙，促使全年所派股息達每股1令吉19仙，讓股東感到意外。

此外，該公司透露，脫售資產獲得現金後，該公司計劃投資在更具活力的投資項目以創造盈利潛能。

惟該公司首席執行員鄭傳森在今日的股東大會卻拒絕接受媒體訪問，也拒絕透露未來計劃詳情。（星洲日報／財經）
