买lelong屋需要通过agent 来登记吗?

有没有blacklist,的去bank查过才可以真正肯定?因为很多人的身份给别人盗用了,在买屋子时在知道的。
10%的定金就不保了。
在买之前一定要看过屋子,屋顶重做是最贵的。

因为我本身有saving acc,加上又有投资点股票,如果blacklist 了银行应该会采取行动吧。。。lelong屋不是每间都可以进去看的,除非是没有门之类,如果有人住的话可以要求,但是不是每个人给进,因为现在的治安太不好,等下不知道你是不是来打抢的,但是却实要考虑装修费,随时都可能贵过市价

可以啊,除非被cavert了。。cavert的意思是冻结,冻结了就不可以做买卖,要解除才可以,去pejabat tanah查就知道有没有冻结了

冻结了也是可以买的 (如果价钱非常值得买,作长期收租)。。。只是割不到名而已。。。就等冻结令失效吧

法庭的lelong case, 是不用怕caveat的,court order 大到完。不明白的话,请pm. 讲完,谢谢。 |

最近我看中了一间lelong的产业,需要大大们的帮忙看看他的POC,有什么东西要小心的吗?
