去了看一个叫 Carlton Seaview 的， 在启中小学旁，520 sf 要大概 RM207K 酱。 |

For Perling Heights APT the management will handle by Developer for the first 3 years, after 3 years the owner have to setup a community to take care of the maintenance. This is very important, if the facility and security are maintain well. I have confidence that the apt price will jump very fast. |

The locations is between JB town and Second Link, if driving to CIQ & Tuas about 10mins (if no jam).. In Singapore, KL the studio apt very high demand, studio not so popular in JB is because not much foreign professional working in JB. I have bought A1 Type high floor, because I like sea view. |

Bumi lot 一但开放非Bumi也可以买，你可以去那里问问。SA吿诉我上几个星期才Release了几间。 |
