    based on my own experience i think more than 80% of GS salary + allowance was under RM3k. expecially for those who are not degree holder. like my wife, STPM holder, work for 12 years already in gov sector, salary only RM17++, plus alowance still under RM3K even lower than RM2.5k per month.

公务员里有分等级的。。你等级低。。贷款数目有限。。

公务员薪金RM2000以上可以向政府贷款255K

如果非大学资格的公务员薪金少过RM2000 。。贷款限额是205K以下。

看医生要GL信。。可以免费看病。有些私人公司也是一样啊。。如果公务员住院。。他只要付住院费用，用药完全免费。

看你选pencen 还是kwsp ..如果你选KWSP。。福利照样。。一旦你退休了，就只能有KWSP里的钱而已。

选pencen的公务员。。他们没有KWSP，但是每个月领退休金。（有计算方式）（医药福利照跑。丈夫、妻子、父母、儿女）

    十二年在公务界？是什么职位。。一般上8年10年都上一个等级了。。

我是要说：月薪低於RM3千何止公務員？沒能力買屋的何止公務員？沒能力買屋的何止月薪低於RM3千的？職工總會爲何只一味想着公務員？而非公務員就不需吃飯？不需有瓦遮頭？他們病了還有政府付費，我們連要去政府醫院開個刀也得湊醫藥費！那爲何職工總會不想想我們？

i know the fact. but they are using tax payers money for their own benefits! government income should share and using for the benefit of all Malaysian! the union fight for GS by using government money, then how the others fellows outside there who are dying earn lesser money than them? i do agree to increase GS salary, but they had just got it in last year budget! outside there still alot fellows need help more than they do! what say u? once again, i never blame GS, but is the union talking bullshit!

服务？我有认识的朋友在JKR做工的，他一天才做1小时，因为他的工是帮他的朋友打卡。打完了就可以回家。放工时就换他的朋友来打卡。

公务界里有些人有扣EPF的。。如果，你是公务员选EPF，到死是自己。

你看医生也可以去政府医院看医生。 RM1

我想你想说的是去年的起薪。。请问去年的起薪有谁拿了？ 那个是新薪金制的起薪SBPA。。后来取消了，你知道吗？？

最后，在今年政府决定沿用SSM( sistem saraan malaysia) 薪金制来起薪 13% ~~ 所以，不信的话去问公务员的朋友就知道了。

正式起薪是在今年一月开始。。

     我是在向你说明清楚这些东西。。。别总认为别人在shoot 你。。

你又何尚不谅解，私人界打工仔工钱有几好？如果真将好，为何还呆在政府部门？出来做啦！口是心非！以普通市民去GH看看，开个刀看看。RM1?你慢慢等啦！别永远就只会想自己，我知道GS也不是很好过。所以我才QUOTED“職總“！

早知道做政府走狗有那么好的福利，不要在私人界做了。。。
现在见到几个退休的uncle，时不时都在跟其他人讲政府有再加前个他们了。退休的公务员可以拿到还没退休时的50％跟每年还有increament。
