LOS ANGELES, CA – (October 26, 2011) – On the heels of HOMELAND’s biggest numbers yet, for this past Sunday’s airing, SHOWTIME has ordered a season two, consisting of 12 new one-hour episodes. The announcement was made today by David Nevins, President of Entertainment, Showtime Networks Inc.The series has continued to increase overall viewership since its premiere, with its most recent episode delivering the series’ best ratings to-date this past Sunday. Season two will begin production in spring 2012.

看了season finale的preview,看来这故事会被拖到下一季了！！
美剧总是这样喜欢拖的，比较喜欢如Strike Back,每一季的故事有了一个了结，
这剧的紧张和剧情的紧密程度都比Strike Back差很多！

可怜Carrie有bipolar被brody害到丢了工作还爱上他
brody的女儿很sensitive一下

警察block车检查，竟然不用手电筒照照车后座？不合逻辑！
为了替外国的小孩子 （为了正义）报仇，竟然不管自己亲生孩子，妻子的将来，杀死自己的同僚，不合常理！
那个黑人的反叛，剧情完全没有交待，为何宁愿抛妻弃子替折磨自己的敌人卖命，还有他如何回来美国也完全没有交待..

一边是坏的副总统，一边是恐怖分子，一边是莽塞盲从的homeland security,
好像一堆坏人在打斗，哪一方面被歼灭，对观众来说都是死不足惜，
因为没有某一方要偏护，我看到没有丝毫压力和紧张。

幸好Claire Danes的演技炉火纯青， 使到此剧生色不少！！
看来同样的剧情会继续拖 ，希望第2季不会拖到观众累累的...

剧里交待时常都有这样的会议
而且没有任何恐袭警示
例常的Block而已有resident pass的就通过
没有的就调转车 没有照车后座很正常啊

我也觉得saul有内鬼的感觉，
一下是一下不是，
但是最大的疑点就是在他在test测谎机那边，
他是不过的，
但是却又找借口溜开...

２４比较刺激可能这套因为１小时的关系吧还有这套开场白有够烂的看criminal minds时一直以为Mandy Patinkin是 italian 没想到竟然是jewish

很好看的一部美剧，美版终极无间道的感觉，saul在test测谎机时我也觉得他态刻意回避了，觉得这老头才是那终极无间，只不过后来剧情突然杀出个Walker，才又把焦点转移回Brody那边，总觉得Saul的老婆（那印度婆）离开他很有可能是知道他的身份了吧？

不过最可怜的是Carrie，从最初被同行和上司的不信任，到后来认为自己一直错怪了Brody而爱上了Brody?(这一点我也很怀疑她是真的爱上了Brody吗？还是出之于愧疚感）在后来被炸弹炸伤，到最后终于选择了治疗越发严重的病情，却在此时记起了一个Brody不经意间留下的致命破绽，不过待治疗后他还有可能会一起一切吗，这些都是让人对第二季满怀期待的，希望第二季能保有第一季的水准

"Homeland" cleaned up at the 2012 Emmys, staking its claim as TV's latest awards magnet. Showtime's hit CIA thriller dominated this year's ceremony: Claire Danes won for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, Damian Lewis took home the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor, and the show won Best Drama and Best Writing in a Drama Series.

"Homeland" was nominated nine times overall. The post-9/11 drama also won big at the 2012 Golden Globes, where Danes won for Best Actress and the series won Best Drama Series.

Both Danes and Lewis beat out Emmy heavyweights on their way to grabbing their gold statues. Lewis bested "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston, a three-time winner, and "Mad Men" star Jon Hamm, who was aiming to win his first individual Emmy after being nominated for the award five times.

Danes emerged victorious from an impressive batch of nominees that included Emmy favorite Glenn Close and "Good Wife" star Julianna Margulies, who won the category last year. Danes may have had the line of the night when she thanked her co-star Mandy Patinkin. "Mandy Patinkin, holla."
