这些非法看车童是有给钱MBI和警察吃的。
这是我在他们聊天时听到的.非法看车童有手有脚不去做工，在这收钱.1辆车2元，收入比银行经理还要高.

for your information we have been looking into this matter very seriously for the past months , we have done a dialog with all the traders there, i have 2 operations with the police enforcement and welfare dpt. in month of July to arrest the suspects.but at the moment there is no charges in law for :" illegal parking collectors", you get what i mean?
and MBI have no right to arrest them ,but police can, police can arrest them and charge under "kesalahan kacaugangguan" , this conviction will face maximum penalty of RM 400 or jail 4 days.
we understand it is control by a few gangsters, but current legal action doesn't work much on it, what i can do is many times i request the police to patrol more or do operation.
this issue is still minuted in our committee meeting, we have a few suggestion still pending for decision. thank you ..

其实也是要看人，好像芽菜鸡那边的多数是老ah pek，捉他们的话，最多坐几天牢，因为都没钱给罚款，然后又打回原形，治本的方法，应该了解下为什么他们要出来收钱，然后帮助他们找工作或者给一点福利金帮助他们。。。

反而东区那些就麻烦了，都是年轻和有背景的，警察不会捉完他们的，因为警察都有和黑帮勾结，除非搞好警队先，这个就不太可能。。。

    如果是好声好气， 可以随意给的老ah pek还可以勉强当是施舍给乞丐， 东区那班人渣和勒索抢劫没分别。:@

东区那些，黑白勾结，我们也没办法了，最多尽量不要在晚上去，如果还是要去的话，就把车停在tesco，麻烦点走路过去。。。
