是咯。但,不知道那个姓黄的,为何生气嘛,大家都是要找解决方案罢了。

这是个马路安全的问题嘛,是有必要重视的和解决的,不能一个"without our control area"就不去找方法去解决的!

他们只是suggest workable solutions,就被人鸟了!是有一点堵火!:@

Guard house的问题,那里可以莫视的!!!

谢谢住在Phase 3C的Winnie与我分享她家3楼后露台。这就是我理想中打算做的。但是我会用polycarbonate。比较便宜,她也同意让我post在forum。。。。大家可以参考~

Good evening, MJ2 members. Recently, many problems have been highlighted in the FB. We, as committee members are very concern about any issues been discussed here. As most of the committee members are too busy to reply in the FB, thus some of the members may thought us not sensitive to the problems posted. Once the problems been posted, we will discuss the problem by sending e-mails among committee members to discuss how to solve the problems.

Let me update you guys what actions have been taken so far:

1) Put up no illegal undercut signboards. Thanks to our Asst. Treasure, Ms Sindy & his husband, who fixed the signboard at midnight.

2) Install ON-OFF switch for boom gate. The lightning will strike our access card system & damages the circuit board. Thus, boom gate can be switched OFF when lightning.

3) Dog poo problem. We will set up the signboard to remind dog owner to clean up dog poo.

4) Improve security checking. We will come out a standard operating procedure (SOP) to ensure the security guard follow the procedure when duty.

5) Broken steel spike bars on the fencing wall (next to Tmn Putra Impian). We has highlight the problem to Tanming & Tanming will repair the spike bars.

6) Come out countermeasure to solve the problem of opening linked road to Tmn. Putra Impian.

Many more activities/actions will be carried out to make sure MJ2 becomes a peaceful & happiness neighbourhood.
We welcome any constructive suggestion from you.

We hope that some of the active FB members can be elected as committee members during next year AGM. Then you will know how burden is the committee members!!! But the process is fun & challenging.

關於Taman Putra Impiana突然私下把那條路打開后引起大家的不滿后。。。得到最新的update

Temporarily countermeasure from committee is: we has designed a caution sign boards. These caution sign boards will be fixed on the boom gate at exit. We will get the sign board from the supplier as soon as possible.

Other countermeasure:

1) ...We have lodged in complain to MPSepang. We request MPSepang to close the linked road until the linked road (2-way) is completed build. Also, we request MPSepang to build a hump to slow down the speed of vehicle. MPSepang is processing our request.

2) We will request Tanming to install convex traffic mirror to solve the blind spot at the exit.

To demolish the guard house & build further inside, this issue we need to further discuss among committee members & later have meeting with Tanming. The cost to build the guard house is very expensive, including electrical, plumbing work & ...access card system. Bear in mind that, the current guard house building (drawing plan permit) was approved by MPSepang. Thus, the chances for Tanming to rebuild the guard house is very low.

Developer會說。。。。8月交不到屋不代表遲交屋,因為phase 3D的completion date是Nov 2011
所以,我已做了最壞打算,CNY后才能搬

你的意思是指conceal在里面的?
如果conceal在里面的water pipe漏水的话,会渗透出瓷砖或墙外的。

拿钥匙的时候,你怎样检查浴室厕所的水喉有没有漏水?是不是要冲凉后注意看水有没有从楼上的浴室渗透到楼下的墙壁?
