With regards to your enquiry below, we are afraid we would not be able to cancel your booking and offer a refund/credit or offer a re-route option for your flights in June. We feel the situation would have tremendously improved by then. This is based on the ground reports that were have been constantly getting.
On another note we will continue to monitor the situation in Japan and if in the event the situation escalates further, we will then re-review our policy.
However you may want to look at the option of postponing or moving your flight to another day in the future.
Please take note, if you wish to move your flight to another day, there would be a change fee of MYR 140 per guest, per way and fare difference charged for each guest. Also kindly be reminded the changes have to be made within 48hrs before your departure date and can be made through Manage my Booking at our website.
