欲要求AA更改航点或退款的日本Haneda机票/团,请进来看方法。一起来比较有效。

没有用的。 我的机票是在六月的。 他们的回复:

Thank you for emailing Air Asia X.

With regards to your flight to Haneda (Tokyo) on the 12th Jun, the flight will operate as per schedule. We are afraid we would not be able to re-route (change destination) or offer a refund as requested. This option such as Credit Shell & Free Move within a month is only applies for those who are travelling date between 13th March - 15th May 2011 only.

However if you wish to change your travelling dates, you may do so via our website. This can be done via our website through "Manage my Booking" portal. In view of this, any changes for your AirAsia'X flight are subject to our usual terms and conditions. There will be a change fee of MYR140 per guest per sector to be paid plus fare difference (if any).

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Should you have any other concerns, please feel free to email us.

With regards to your enquiry below, we are afraid we would not be able to cancel your booking and offer a refund/credit or offer a re-route option for your flights in June.
We feel the situation would have tremendously improved by then. This is based on the ground reports that were have been constantly getting.

On another note we will continue to monitor the situation in Japan and if in the event the situation escalates further, we will then re-review our policy.

However you may want to look at the option of postponing or moving your flight to another day in the future.

Please take note, if you wish to move your flight to another day, there would be a change fee of MYR 140 per guest, per way and fare difference charged for each guest.
Also kindly be reminded the changes have to be made within 48hrs before your departure date and can be made through Manage my Booking at our website.

On another note, we noticed you have purchased a travel insurance.
You may want to check with them if you could be reimbursed back if in the event you do not use this reservation and their email address is enquiry_gi@mpib.com.my

    我也是写了信,不过还没收到任何回复,看来多半也是凶多吉少,我是5月29号出发的,没办法喽!只好持续的投诉,希望能够得到好消息!不然换时间来回还要280,也太不划算了。烦死了

请问日本的creditshell是book回AAX的吗?普通AA可以用吗?还有creditshell可以买AAgo的package吗?

    我完全照著george的方式,就写封很简单的email,说明为什么不要去了,就这样就行了。还有我也有去亚航的办公间去找那边的人帮忙,她们都很好,很乐意帮我去要求,所以才会在这么短的时间就成功了。

最重要的是楼主提供的那些email ad,最后一个好像是政府部分,只要email过去,得到投诉,亚航很快就会采取行动。我的一位同事之前因为一些原因一直投诉亚航都没有消息,拖了几个月时间,然后我教他email去这些网址,结果几天的时间,亚航就退回credit给他。所以真的要谢谢楼主,他的方法真的有效。各位加油

真羡慕你们可以拿回。我的是5月24,已经写了第三封了,他们的回复还是不能。
我现在向MOT求救了。就说AA是不是要我们现在去送“死”。。
显得有点过火,看看能不能让他们给回我credit shell。

我今天写了第四封了,结果还是一样。
我也借用了黑之夜的成功例子,他们都不信还跟我要booking no.。
我都没有,唯有空羨慕成功的驴友了。

刚才下午也去了KL Sentral的柜台,答案是不能换。不过柜台的小姐是蛮好的。
