2年前遇过,亏了50元,从此以后不再用机器加额,现在都是在收费站的办公室柜台加额。 |

Hi all,
Good day.
I'm writing this email is I would like to request for a refund.
On 12th of January 2009, I went to the Maybank ATM machine and tried to reload the TNG card. Unfortunately, the credit had been deducted from my bank account, but my TNG card has not been reloaded yet. After that, I made a call to the Maybank customer service, and they provided me a tracking number, 001XHA2RV.
They said they checked that my TNG card has not yet been reloaded even credit has been deducted from my bank account. But, they can't refund to me and request me to contact to the TNG.
My TNG card number is 2490248050. Kindly help me to follow up this case.

我没什么耐性,等了两个礼拜又被他们点来点去,最后去touch & go HQ在Faber tower发烂杂,当场refund cash给我。

用銀行加額只能在ATM的嗎?可不可以上網轉賬加額的?
還有,銀行ATM加額可以加“零頭”的數額嗎?因為我 ...

我都用cimb來進TnG的,不過你要注意你的餘額,因為有時機器故障,會出錯上一個人的餘額出來,
例如你還有10塊錢在裡面,但是上一個人只剩下1塊錢,如果你加額50塊,
就會變成51塊,而不是60塊了,所以用ATM加額的人要小心. |
