衷心希望他们财务状况良好,不要多一个kemayan city,best worldl要政府帮他们擦屁股 |

~ Johor Corp (JCorp)拨出5千5百万令吉来装修以及升级位于Komtar底层的购物区。
~ 2007年11月开始进行装修工程,定于2年后完工。
JB Komtar upgrade

JOHOR BARU: The two-storey shopping bazaar of Tun Abdul Razak Complex (Komtar) in Jalan Wong Ah Fook here will be closed for renovations from Nov 15.
Works to upgrade and refurbish the 28-year-old complex will take two years.
Over 100 tenants of Komtar have been given notice to move out of the bazaar by today.
However, its adjacent 26-storey office tower is not affected by the project.
Kamaruzzaman Abu Kassim, chief operating officer of Johor Corporation that owns Komtar, said the building would have a new image when it reopens in 2009.
He said the project, estimated to cost RM55mil, was in line with the rapid growth of the city as well as the Iskandar Development Region.
Being the first retail complex to open in the downtown area, Komtar was a place that catered to all levels of Johoreans and Singaporeans.
However, it has slowly lost its shine with the opening of other shopping malls.
Kamaruzzaman said the new bazaar would provide a bigger retail space of 15,280 sq m, compared to the current 12,056 sq m.
“The variety of outlets will be improved to attract more shoppers,” he said.
Kamaruzzaman said a sky-bridge would connect Komtar JB with the new Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex in Bukit Chagar for the convenience of travellers.
He said the bazaar would be equipped with modern surveillance devices such as CCTVs and 24-hour security.

特区里的那么多宏大projects,应该好多人都抱着质疑吧???
因为以往的记录都是每每雷声大大雨点小小的多啦。。。
政府的政策和实行力度,还有那些发展商和财团大老们都是最为关键的因素。
所以小市民的我们想要投资获利的话,的确要花时间做好功课和准备弹药才行。
不过还是要谢谢楼主提供的各种最新的一手资料。

短期内应该很难啦。。因为都是大型工程,没有一个5年很难看到成绩的。不过至少看得到进展啦,danga bay那边的填海工程都7788了,给他多一个1年,完工后,以后从坡底去淡杯方向走海边路更快 |
