你不是说发展商包给你了么?S& agreement他们可以自己做的,legal fee都包在那屋价里面了!

kimhorchan前辈, 麻烦你也帮我看看价钱合不合理好吗?我的廉价屋RM42000,银行贷款RM37800,还欠RM2,153.55
发展商律师说现在拿到了consent,要在有效期内做好strata title,过期了要做就麻烦,因需要重新申请consent.
但是我想到了2012年才申请strata title,酱就不用给银行罚1.5%(RM567)early settlement.您认为需要现在申请strata title吗,我想几个月后refinance,不知到时侯要不要用到strata title.
清单:

Perfection of Transfer 200

1. registration fee on Memorandum of transfer 100

给了10%定金就签SPA,然后拿SPA去下caveat先,SPA要stamp先的。你就要签19b form,要一定lawyer见证签名在那个form,还有宣誓信加photostat spa去lodge caveat。
然后你用你的SPA去银行借loan,看那间银行offer你怎样的package,不过你也是要符合他们的条件。 |
