Taman Putra Prima Phase 8B 的屋主。。。最近什么进展了？隔壁的Phase 8A听说要拿锁匙了。。 |

上个月有经过。地基起好了。
现在先起3层的。应该快有3层的Show house了。
双层的没有Show house。 |

Corner lot show house is opened but without ID. Can go and have a look. Anyone know what is the sale progress of 8B?
And any idea what is 8A transacted price? |

之前8A Developer的价钱，Intermediate是大概RM 380k。
现在Sub sales成交价不知？CF锁匙拿了吗? |

8B 2.5 层Show Unit is the corner unit at the entrance. Already 建好 but not fully 开放. If you want to go inside the show unit, need to go to developer office and ask for permission to view the unit. But sometimes, can go in straight away.
没有ID是指没有家私和装修 - Yes Correct.
There are many 8A units up for sale in the iproperty.com. Asking from RM450K~ So far, trying to find out what is the transacted price. |

In iproperty someone published a few 8A units (asking price ranged from RM480~510K) were SOLD. But did not mention the transacted price. Is there any buyer or seller out there that can share with us about the subsale price of 8A? |

Sorry late reply.
Type A 2.5(或3层)的是面向大路的 is the Show Unit. Can go in and see inside but need to get permission from Developer Office.
Type B, C, D are 2 storeys with the 假楼.
Any more units left for Type A? |

恭喜楼上两位8A的屋主拿锁匙了。
请问是买来自己住的，还是投资呢？
我在其他论坛的讨论看到很多Agent手上有很多Potential Buyer list等着要买Sub Sales了。
另外也希望屋主迟点能分享下8A的Build Quality和Defect。 |
