"我刚刚订了一间酒店也是取消了但那间酒店的条件说明不退款，不修改。AGODA帮我取消了就告诉我说没退款的。我之前也留意到这个酒店条规~ 所以我就说我不取消了因为都没退款我要住回我一顶的酒店。AGODA 就恢复我帮我和酒店说看怎样但不能保证可以！怎么办啊~ ？？" 我等了两天了，还没看到EMAIL。 我的情形这样看来AGODA可以帮我要回酒店吗？ 我不要求退款了，唉。。。。3l@in3 发表于 13-5-2011 02:03 PM 
他回复真的很慢，当时我们也是很紧张。一直email去。没有记错的话，他们的website好像可以online msn的 |

最后我打电话去了也是打了两三天才有结果！他会退款给我十天内会进到我户口。我还在等！ |

Hi, I'm a frequent traveler and need to book overseas hotel every 3-4 month, especially through website. I have used this agoda.com quite number of times, so far no problem. When booking hotel through website, one of the important thing that we need to check is their "terms and conditions", it will highlight the cancellation policy very clearly. I try not to use agoda.com unless its room rate is cheaper than others because we need to pay (through credit card) all the charges immediate when you make the booking; not like "www.booking.com" whereby this website doesn't charge you any single cent and you only pay when you check-out your hotel, doesn't it very great!
Just to share with your one of my favorite web site "www.hotelscombined.com", this web site compare the prices of hotels from various famous websites all over the world(like agoda.com, booking.com, asiaroom.com, and many many more), you can choose the cheaper room rate from a single website, it save your $$$ and your time! I like it very much. |

我也比较过agoda和其它酒店网站的价格，但因为agoda是需要预付全数房费的就不要了，还有很多其它网站可以选择。 |

terms and conditions很重要。。。
我出国都是用agoda订酒店的。。。
因为喜欢它的price是全包的。。。
在这之前就有在酒店的website做reservation，但不好的就是有些并没有说明exactly的价钱，到那里付钱时才说这只是room rate还没包括taxes，加到最后蛮贵的。。。 |

不要用Agoda啊！
confirm了過後，突然加我26%的tax+fee！！
而且confirm之前，它根本不會show你最後的價錢是什麼，currency conversion rate也沒放！！
虧大了！！！:@ |

我只用過Agoda訂Bali住宿，的卻是醬。 而且final amount只是blink一下而已，大概一秒。
然後我傻眼去。 |

如果要订泰国酒店我建议这个：hotel2thailand
价钱会比agoda来的便宜。 |

其实是我很kiasu,每一次网上订房都是看得很清楚，也会比较几个网站．term n conditions也会读了才下手订房
希望大家也kiasu地点，看好好才订 |

你是通过agoda订酒店, 你就要向agoda cancel酒店!!! 我曾经有向agoda cancel过酒店, 但钱没办法100%退还给我... 除非我另订酒店, 不然只能退回70-80%的酒店费 |

我想问我今早我买了双人房2间 - 2晚，已过账，过后朋友call来，我又再买三人房1间 - 2晚，但这次agoda不给我过账，它一直写duplicate transaction，然后晚上我再试过，它还是写duplicate transaction，不给我订。那么有谁知道我应该怎样才能跟agoda订这个三人房呢？ |
