秦祥发减持祥龙2% 不再是大股东

（吉隆坡2日讯）去年爆发账目舞弊案的祥龙（XianLng，7121，主板消费产品股），第二大股东拿督斯里秦祥发，脱售145万股或相等于2%股权，卸下大股东身份。

根据大马交易所的数据，秦祥发于4月1日脱售了145万5000股，持股权从原本的5.36%，下降至3.39%。

根据Kinibiz报道，秦祥发在回应脱售股权一事时说：“这很困难，我没有太多时间……我还是持有一些股权。”

不过，秦祥发显然不想就账目舞弊事宜透露太多讯息。

祥龙前年10月因账目问题而委任普华永道介入调查，后者去年4月在特别稽查报告中指出，祥龙为鱼池发展所支出的9070万令吉资本开销中，一笔8570万令吉的款额令人质疑。

相关款项共支付给4名承包商，但却缺乏有利证据支持。

根据资料，有关费用是由前董事经理黄汉忠授权，在支票上签名的是前执行董事蔡聪盛和黄汉忠妻子、前执行董事李万红（译音）。

蔡聪盛是马华总会长拿督斯里蔡细历胞兄。

报道也指出，警署商业犯罪调查科或将提控蔡聪盛等人，相关调查资料已送往总检察长室。

商业犯罪调查科警司赛依斯迈表示：“我们已经采取所有行动并完成调查，我们当然建议提告，但最终决定在总检察长手上。”[南洋网财经]

祥龙末季转盈59万

（吉隆坡26日讯）金龙鱼与魟鱼销售增加，祥龙（XIANLNG，7121，主板消费产品股）截至1月31日财年末季转亏为盈，净利报59万9000令吉，上财年第四季亏损1159万令吉。

末季营业额按年扬升32%至278万令吉，上财年同期为210万令吉。

祥龙全年亏损缩窄至189万令吉，上财年净亏1249万令吉；营业额报1085万令吉，按年减少16.5%。

CFO升任CEO

该公司指出，由于在去年末季终结蒙亏子公司的业务，在扣除所有损失后，虽然全年业绩无法转亏为盈，但亏损幅度得以降低。

祥龍委獨立公司評估風險

（吉隆坡26日訊）祥龍控股（XIANLNG,7121,主板消費品組）已委任獨立專業服務公司來協助鑑定和評估集團面對的顯著風險，相信這可進一步強化集團的內部控管。

祥龍控股是在2012年4月發佈特別稽查報告稱，發現8千570萬令吉付款涉違規行為，爾後也公佈這筆資金是付給4名承包商，並由前董事經理兼大股東黃漢忠授權支付，而可疑支票則是由蔡聰盛（前譯蔡忠勝）和林旺紅（譯音）簽名，促使證券監督委員會對疑賬醜聞展開調查，並要求集團採取所有的必要措施來解決和改善，以防止相關問題發生。

首季虧損收窄

另一方面，祥龍控股截至2014年4月30日止第一季淨虧損從103萬6千令吉收窄至19萬1千令吉，營業額則從前期的274萬6千令吉增長15.15%至316萬2千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）
