今天早上去找AGENT然后他给我些他的CLIENT的资料。。

PHEW..感觉很龟毛的公司。。

要穿COAT加包鞋去。。

然后去到那边不能说要去INTERVIEW。。

而是说要去找谁谁谁有MEETING.。。

然后说可能要求我当场来个笔试那样。。

我有很多年没碰那些FORMAL LETTER之类的东西了。。

只是进来发下牢骚而已

就感觉一直给人缠着很烦, 有点透不过气来
我已经表明得很清楚了 可是有人就是不明白

工作上, 还可以
打算呆了一年后再看怎样 再作决定

你自己的工作已经很烦了, 不需要为我担心
我没事的

你也加油 不要忌人忧天了
决定还是在你手里  想好自己要什么就对了
没有尝试, 又怎么知道结果呢?

刚刚又有AGENT打电话来。。

也是FRANCE MNC的。。

可是哦。。又不肯透露是什么公司名。。

说是CONFIDENTIAL.。

我的前前顾客帮我找PURCHASER的工。。

我前前顾客以前工作的同事跳槽去别的公司。。(其中一个我是认识几个月吧。。)

然后现在我要丢我的RESUME给前前顾客。。

然后前前顾客丢我RESUME给她以前的同事。。。

然后她们就会帮我SEND给HR。。。

现在还没丢RESUME.。在想RESUME该改多少EXPECTED PAY啊

这个心态很对哦。。

我也试过有别的OFFER结果我也是照样去别的应征。。

可能想找个最好的吧。。

在你还没签APPT LETTER前你还是有选择的余地。。

不想想办法抗拒怯场难道让你自己害怕地发抖吗

我在找着的...可是还是不懂该怎么解决...
以前college presentation时候我常常发抖的...
我有问过朋友有看到我抖吗?他们说没有的...
应该是不明显所以没有注意到...
可是Interview...face to face...很容易注意到的...

下一份工我想做久些。。所以慢慢找吧。。

不过想一下转行。。可是比之前的薪金一下低那么多。。有些不是那么可以接受

还没寄RESUME出去。。

如果比之前的薪金落差很多的话。。我有点放不下。。

不过我又想进入这行。。那么到底放多少才好啊。。。

For some job posts, the 2nd round interview is held by your teammates. Here are some tips for the second job interview quesions.

2nd interview tips: what to expect during a second interview
Since the second interview is usually held by the department head, the questions and queries will be quite different from the other interview. The 2nd interview can also be considered to be the integral part of the interview that is related to your professional expertise, your qualifications, etc.  
Here are the main two questions that are asked during the 2nd interview:

Your professional past
During the interview, the interviewer will also ask you to give more details about your professional past as well as your ambition regarding your future. The interview will also touch about the reasons for some of the decisions in your past professional or even academic life. This is a bid to know more about on a professional level and also gauge the type of work and work environment which you will be comfortable with.

Your work experience, attitude and future plans
If you have been unemployed for any amount of time, the 2nd interview will surely have you talk on that subject. These questions are generally meant to get an idea about your work experience, your work attitude and your future planning, about whether you see yourself working some ten years from now, or whether you look yourself to be working as a consultant or even start your own organization.

2nd interview: questions to expect in a second interview
Some of the questions that can be asked by the individual in the 2nd interview are:
1. Tell us about your professional past.


2. Which was your first job?

3. How many jobs have you had till now, and what was the frequency of your changing jobs?

4. Was there any particular reason for you leaving this particular job?

5. Have you ever had any differences with your senior or your peers? How did you manage to solve the differences? Whose point of view was finally accepted as the correct one?

6. What do you consider to be your best job till date?

7. What kind of job were you not comfortable doing?


明天应征两个INTERVIEW哦:法国公司第一次。。US公司第二次。。

有点紧张。。 特别是第二次应征。。。还是MNC的。。

不懂还有没有第三次啊。。。

拖了我一个星期多原本以为是肯定我了谁知还有第二个应征啊。。

Second interview questions and second interview tips: what to expect in a second interview
As is obvious, the second interview will have a revision of all the questions that were asked during the first interview, before the second interview questions takes place. Second interviews can also be as long as the full day. Of course, the second interview is much more important and lengthy than the first interview. Consider the first interview to be just your introduction to the company. Here are some ‘second interview’ tips and techniques -

1. The same questions: Sometimes, you might just be asked the questions that you were in the first interview. This is just a way to confirm that whatever you answered in the first interview was correct and was not made up.  Some other questions that can be asked are:

2. Give us more details: The interviewee can simple keep asking you more details about whatever information you have given them on the first interview.  


3. The company profile: Also, in the second interview, you might get a chance to know more about the company. In fact, the company will tell you more information during the second interview. This is the perfect way for the company to ensure that they give out the internal information about a company to only the people whom they think are really worth it or require to know it.


4. Groups/Panels: It is quite possible that your second interview would be actually an interview with a group of people. The group of people may be from different departments, which will be related to your job profile. Therefore, this is a platform to introduce the people from the departments to you.


5. Psychometric tests: The other questions might be related to psychometric tests.


6. Basic logical questions: The other questions might be related to basic logical questions and answers.


7. Technical questions: It is quite possible that the second interview is just a bunch of technical questions preceded by whatever questions were asked in the first interview. The second interview is actually the first interview when it comes to job profile and the company’s satisfaction about whether you can actually carry out the job that would be given to you.


8. Behavioral questions: Behavior interview questions are another set of questions that can be asked during a second interview. The behavioral questions are quite important, because they form part of the various aspects that the interviewer uses to decide whether you are perfect for the job profile or not.


9. Company’s environment: The second interview might be the company’s endeavor to find out how well you fit into the company’s environment and work culture.


These are just some of the aspects that have to be kept in mind while attending the second job interview. Remember, the second interview is just the enhancement of the first interview, and everything that was asked in the first interview (and more) will be asked in the second interview







我上份工的第二次应征只是随便问几句就没了。。


还是同个人应征我。。。


这次的可能是还有更高级的人应征我吧。。


不懂会问相同还是更难的问题。。。

是我的就是我的咯~不是我的就算了的~分数怎么也跑不掉的~
所以我也不是看得很重...就下意识会怕怕...

如果不缺钱用的话,就慢慢选的...
找到一份自己喜欢,适合自己的...做起来才会有冲劲~

我也是转行呀...薪水肯定不会很高的...但我是新人...当作那经验算了~
你可以放少200新币的...这样应该比较ok吧...><"
应该还可以接受吧?

是不是正式的interview都是如此的?
我没有看过哦...孤陋寡闻...

很久没穿COAT了。。

另外做了件很丢脸的事..

裤子的PRICE TAG忘了剪掉。。。

幸好有路人甲通知我。。。

真的不想SUE 我的前公司。。

不想在MOM哪留记录。。。

对我跟对前公司都无益处。。

可是口头上已知会他们转述MOM说不能那么做。。

EMAIL也SENT了个COPY给他们。。。

如果他们还是要扣的话。。。

找到工了。。。

拖了我两个星期的US公司。。

今天去第二次应征。。。

其实也没有问我什么啦。。

就可能真的怕我做做下跑人。。

正如我上一份。。。

所以他们讲解到很清楚。。。

然后如愿拿到RESUME上的价钱。。

他们完全没压我价钱。。。

感觉自己在找工方面算很幸运吧。。

然后幸好自己有坚持等这份工。。

没因为担心而先接受其他OFFER。。

希望这份我可以做得长久哦 。。。。

我现在还是做回老本行啦。。MARINE LINE的SALES CO

感觉自己已经没什么可能往PURCHASER这行发展了。。

因为不可能接受之间很大的差距。。。。

这份工后下一份工我也不懂要往哪行发展了。。

就我不久前问我EX SENIOR的一句话。。。

你的薪金HIT到CEILING PRICE了吗?

那么你现在要往哪行发展啊?

她也不懂。。

可是也不可能转行接受份比较低的工作。。。

但是要做回同行的话要拿回之前的薪金还是更好的。。

又是真的有点难度的。。。
