Salcon wishes to announce that SDSB together with Dato’ Ding Pei Chai (“DDPC”) (collectively referred to as the “Vendors”) had on 18 August 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement For Shares (“SPA”) with KPSB for the disposal of the entire issued and paid-up capital (“Sale Shares”) in PKSB for a total cash consideration of RM42,000,000.00 (“Consideration”) ( the “Proposed Disposal”). Please refer to the attachment for further details. This announcement is dated 18 August 2025.
