沙肯料53.8亿合约在望

（吉隆坡7日讯）消息透露，沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）即将获得2项总值15亿美元（约53.8亿令吉）的国际合约，分别来自印度和墨西哥。

《星报》引述消息人士，在印度，沙肯石油竞标了印度石油与天然气机构，在孟买南部重新发展工程的第三期工程，且还有很大机会胜过当地业者Larsen&Toubro有限公司并赢得合约。

消息指出，因为沙肯石油在4个竞标者中出价最低，以2亿7300万至2亿9100万美元（约9.8亿至10.44亿令吉）的价格竞标，其他公司则以3亿9000万美元至4亿600万美元（约14亿至14.57亿令吉）的价格竞标。

相较之下，沙肯石油更具竞争力，尤其油气领域还在复苏中的环境中。

不过，印度新闻社报道，若新加坡Swiber控股成功重新提呈竞标书，除了Larsen&Toubro，沙肯石油将面对另一个更强劲对手。

另外，消息人士也简单透露墨西哥合约内容。

他说，是一项深海和浅海结构工程合约，且合约规模更大介于4亿美元（约14.36亿令吉）。

此外，沙肯石油新的增长目标相信是美国，因为至今，该公司的订单约一半都来自美国，超过280亿令吉。【南洋网财经】

沙布拉肯油 獲9.7億合約

（吉隆坡11日訊）沙布拉肯油（SKPETRO，5218，主要板貿服）分別在墨西哥、印尼、越南及印度，獲頒總值高達2億6900萬美元（約9億6900萬令吉）合約。

沙布拉肯油向馬證交所報備，墨西哥獨資子公司SapuraKencana Mexicana S.A.P.I. de C.V.獲頒合約，為固定海洋平台（fixed marine platforms）、鋪管及提升主要發電設備，安裝結構和上層建築性（superstructures），合約價值介于4120萬美元至9810萬美元（約1.5億至3.5億令吉）間。

印尼業務方面，SapuraKencana TL岸外私人有限公司（簡稱SKTLO），與夥伴PT Encona Inti Industri，獲頒9750萬美元（約3.5億令吉）岸外與岸內鋪管安裝合約。

至于越南與印度業務，SKTLO獲頒總值7350萬美元（約2.6億令吉）合約，為泰國平陽省Ham Rong天然氣分配及收集系統計劃，安裝管道。

（吉隆坡12日訊）沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板貿服組）射出開年第一砲，搶下10億令吉合約，可惜分析員冷淡以對，一些反而因為股價上漲空間減少而下修評級。

股價上漲空間減少

今日收市，沙肯石油下跌5仙，報2令吉73仙。過去一個月，沙肯石油強勢上漲18.8%，將今年至今漲幅推上24%。

沙肯石油昨日宣佈獲得墨西哥、印尼、越南和印度總共2億6千900萬美元（約9億6千900萬令吉）合約，手中訂單增至267億令吉左右。

肯納格研究指出，雖然這些消息早在市場流傳，他們並不感到過於意外，但至少代表著油氣市場逐步恢復元氣，也是沙肯石油成功進軍墨西哥市場的良好起步。

墨西哥擁有全球領先的油氣蘊藏量，有潛能提供長期收益。

達證券表示，上述合約的最大利好，在於沙肯石油有能力在油氣市場疲弱之際奪得大型外國合約。

“正如我們早前所說，沙肯石油執行73億令吉合約後，其2016財政年營業額也早已鎖定，因此納進這些新的合約後，該公司的盈利增長可能超過預期。”

更期待氣體銷售合約

馬銀行研究指出，雖然新合約可以提振市場情緒，但沙肯石油的股價早已反映包括新合約在內的許多利好，因此他們反而更加期待年底簽署的氣體銷售合約。

目前，沙肯石油與國家石油（Petronas）洽商SK310氣田的銷售合約，預期下半年開始開挖，並在2017年生產第一批氣體。

相對於其他證券行，大馬研究顯得相當樂觀，該行認為，隨著原油價格回穩，市場情緒也開始改善，決定提高沙肯石油的本益比目標至14倍，並將合理價從2令吉45仙上修至2令吉90仙。

（吉隆坡30日讯）消息披露，沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）将从印度石油天然气机构（ONGC）获得孟买高地南（Mumbai High South）油田重新发展第三阶段项目的合约，总值2亿8000万美元（约10亿令吉）。

《The Edge》引述消息人士指，沙肯石油是通过国际公开竞标活动，争夺该项工程设计、采购、施工、安装及调试（EPCIC）合约，这包括制造3个新的井口装置平台和夹钳结构、海底管道和修改超过17个现有平台。

“若一切顺利，沙肯石油应该会在1周或两周内正式获得合约。据悉，双方在拟定合约的小细节。”

这意味着集团将会在短期内，通过大马交易所宣布获颁合约的消息。

CEO拒回应

此外，消息人士说，孟买高地南油田位于阿拉伯海内孟买西北部接近160公里，拥有广泛的井口装置平台、加工平台和油管等基建。

不过，沙肯石油总执行长丹斯里沙里尔三苏丁，以及其他高层却不愿对此消息作出回应。

由于数个月前市场已传出集团将获得一些大型工程，所以对此消息并不感到意外。

上个月，沙肯石油公布获得总值2亿6900万美元（约9亿6900万令吉）的6项合约，在印度、越南、墨西哥和印尼安装不同的岸外架构。

能源业务惨跌 沙肯石油首季净利减半

（吉隆坡15日讯）能源部营运盈利下跌，拖累沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）截至4月30日首季，净利按年下跌48.83%。

集团首季净赚2亿6069万令吉或每股盈利4.37仙，显著低于上财年同期的5亿942万令吉或8.5仙。

同时，营业额则从24亿4357万令吉，按年减少7.59%，达22亿5817万令吉。

根据文告，生产共享合约（PSC）旗下的石油储备减少，以及平均每桶石油价格较低，导致集团能源业务首季营业额收窄。

集团指出，由于原油价格不稳定，所以国际油气领域持续受压，而主要生产商也减少资本开销。

在应对环境的挑战，集团持续争取新合约，成功在印度、越南和印尼获得合约，并进军新市场墨西哥；这些合约，将会为集团现财年和未来带来贡献。

不过，受到客户降低成本的拖累，集团将会继续面对赚幅压力。

董事部预计，所面对的环境挑战，将持续至中期。

沙肯石油亦在今日宣布派发每股1.35仙的中期股息，除权日落在7月29日。

股价跌6.56%

周一闭市，沙肯石油以2.42令吉挂收，跌17仙或6.56%，成交量有1800万2200股。

设70亿回债再融资TMC贷款

另外，沙肯石油独资子公司沙肯TMC私人有限公司，宣布成立一项高达70亿令吉或等值美元的多种货币回教债券计划，为期30年。

从该项活动获得的资金，将用于再融资沙肯TMC的贷款，以及为石油相关业务融资。

沙肯石油总执行长丹斯里沙里尔三苏丁表示：“我们是证券监督委员会（SC）正式实施‘提交及推出’（Lodge and Launch）框架下，首家发售回教债券活动的公司，这反映出我们进一步加强大马作为顶尖国际回教金融中心地位的承诺。”

根据文告，证监会的该项框架，从今日起生效。

他补充，符合回教教义投资的需求增加，让集团可通过该项平台获益，且有助多元化融资来源，更好地辅助业务需求。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡16日讯）油价不稳定，营运环境挑战，沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）为了维持公司的业绩，放眼今年争取额外60亿令吉合约。

总执行长丹斯里沙里尔三苏丁，今天在股东大会后的记者会上说，需要刷新更多合约和生意额，以维持公司未来营运。

目前，沙肯石油已经提呈的竞标价值高达250亿令吉。

他指出，截至今年4月，公司手上的订单价值共251亿令吉，足以让公司忙碌至明年。

他说，受到客户降低成本措施的拖累，集团面对赚幅压力。

“目前的船租走低，油气生产商减少开采活动，市场上的合约价格也越来越竞争。”

管理层自愿减薪10%

他说，为了维持公司的赚幅，沙肯石油在内部进行一系列的削减成本措施，主要是在采购、行政及交通费方面。

“比如，原本在GTower的办公室，我们决定不租，而把办公室搬至国油双峰塔，有效地降低行政成本并提高效率。”

另外，公司主席拿督汉沙巴卡尔说，领导层在股东大会里宣布，自愿削减本身10%的薪酬，以达到公司的赚幅目标。

此外，公司也精简人力资源，评估部门是否具效率且赚钱，一旦发现不能符合策略，将会关闭这些部门。

据悉，该公司向来都有员工和平离职方案（MSS），目前有150名员工涉及，主要是来自建筑与工程业务。

今年投资15-20亿

另一方面，沙肯石油今财年的资本开销高达15亿至20亿令吉，其中7亿令吉是钻油业务，6亿令吉是能源业务、4亿令吉是建筑工程业务，以及2000万令吉是予企业活动用途。

沙里尔三苏丁提到，该公司将通过发行高达70亿令吉的多种货币回教债券，把目前80亿的债务，减低至10亿令吉，以在未来的5、6年达到0.5至0.6倍负债率。【南洋网财经】

沙肯石油等4公司 入围蚬壳深海发展项目

（吉隆坡3日讯）沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）和3间钻井公司竞争，以标得蚬壳的Malikai深海发展项目。

根据国际油气网站Upstream Online报导，另外3家和沙肯石油一起入围的投标者为Energy Drilling、PV Drilling和Seadrill。

这个项目为期18个月。

Malikai发展项目是利用2万3500吨张力腿平台（TLP），钻17个油井，同时也是首个在我国制造和安装的张力腿平台。

Malikai油田距离沙巴岸外100公里和离海面500公尺深，为国家石油公司（Petronas）于1995年颁发的Block G生产共享合约（PSC）的其中一部分。

沙巴蚬壳石油公司负责该油田的营运，蚬壳和Conoco Phillips各别持股35%，而国油勘探持股30%。【南洋网财经】

沙布拉肯油 獲10億印度合約

（吉隆坡13日訊）沙布拉肯油（SKPETRO，5218，主要板貿服）成功取得總值2億7300萬美元（約10億3700萬令吉）合約。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，獲頒一系列合約，合約價值分別為2億1195萬美元（約8億令吉）、771萬6000歐元（約3249萬令吉）及34億1300萬印度盧比（約2億令吉），總值約2億7300萬美元，未包括當地服務稅。

文告指出，上述合約由印度國有石油天然氣公司（ONGC）頒發，為孟買High South油田重新發展第3階段計劃，為主要承包商。

在該批合約下涵蓋3個新井口平台、116公里海底輸管及約7.5公里海底電纜等等，沙布拉肯油需負責工作包括調查、設計、工程、採購、測試、運輸及安裝及裝置等。

分析
沙肯石油以最低競標價格脫穎而出，分析員認為這顯示該公司有能力爭取更多海外工程，在石油跌價潮中展現強穩的實力。

達證券以20%稅前賺幅為準，估計該公司未來3年可從上述工程獲得4千700萬令吉、8千萬令吉和3千300萬令吉盈利。

今年新合約累計19億
