#45 让乌龟爱死我的晚餐 - 虾米粉
今天的晚餐我们到很晚才吃... 吃完都差不多10:15pm了... 应该消夜 
今天和刚刚过来的Samantha见面,然后就赶着去买煮虾面的配料... 刚要check out 的时候突然想到,我家都没有买面,怎样煮虾面...
因为华人超市比较远,我懒惰去,就去买了米粉...
还有,本来要hard boiled egg,但是烫不够久,变成那种half-boiled... 就将错就错,打进碗里咯...
里面有kangkong,还有很多芽菜,可是看不到什么芽菜。虾从澳洲来的,有便宜,一公斤才21块,我买了7只而已,6块多。
乌龟第一次吃我的虾“面“,他很喜欢... 在他吃的时候他一直说好吃,我就问他 “你爱不爱我?”...
他就很专注的在吃面,就语无伦次的说 “hmm... yeah... hmm.."
我在想哦,我们现在住在一起,我都好像已经嫁了一样... 都没有拍拖的感觉...




汤头很浓很甜,算不错... 我明天把我的食谱放上来 ... 我要去玩game了
虾面食谱:
Ingredients
1 ziploc bag of shrimp heads and shells (I used Ziplock Easy Zipper Bag)
15 cups of water (reduced to about 12-13 cups of water after hours of boiling and simmering)
2-3 pieces of rock sugar (about the size of a small ping pong ball) or to taste
1.5 lbs of pork ribs (cut into pieces)
Salt to taste
Chili Paste:
30 dried chilies (deseeded and soaked to soften)
10 shallots (peeled)
5 cloves garlic (peeled)
2 tablespoons of water
6 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 pound of yellow noodles (scalded)
1 pack of rice vermicelli (scalded)
Some kangkong or water convolvulus (scalded)
Some bean sprouts (scalded)
Toppings:
1/2 pound of lean pork meat (boiled and sliced thinly)
1/2 pound shrimp (shelled and deveined)
6 hard-boiled eggs (shelled and quartered)
Some fried shallot crisps (store-bought)
Blend the chili paste ingredients with a mini food processor untilfinely ground and well blended. Heat up the wok and add cooking oil.Stir fry the chili paste for 5 minutes. Dish up and set aside. On thesame wok (unwashed), add in a little oil and cook the shrimp topping.Add in a little chili paste, sugar, and salt. Pan-fried the shrimpuntil they are slightly burned. Dish up, let cool and sliced them intohalves.
Method:
- Add 15 cups of water into a pot and bring it to bowl. Add in allthe shrimp heads and shell and simmer on low heat for about 2 hours orlonger until the stock becomes cloudy and tastes really prawny.
- Strain the stock through sieve and transfer the stock into anotherpot. Discard the prawn heads and shells. Scoop up and discard theorange “foam” forming at the top of the stock.
- Bring the stock to boil again and add in half of the chili paste. You can add more chili paste if you like it spicier.
- Add in the pork ribs and continue to boil in low heat for another 1-1.5 hour until the pork ribs are thoroughly cooked.
- Add rock sugar and salt/fish sauce to taste.
- To serve, place a portion of yellow noodles, rice vermicelli, waterconvolvulus and bean sprouts in a bowl. Ladle hot stock over. Ifdesired, add a few pieces of pork ribs. Top with meat slices, slicedshrimp, egg quarters, and sprinkle with shallot crisps.
- Serve immediately with more chili paste to taste.

啦啦~~~~ 我才没有这么厉害自己煮虾面啦... 看看食谱一下也不是以很难... 下次真的可以自己试看。
这个田师傅虾面酱真的是很不错。
不好意思... 我又骗大家了...

其实虾米粉很好吃啊!我很喜欢吃米粉的~
他吃了你的虾米粉,不爱你也不行了啦   再煮多一点中餐给他吃,他会抱着你一生一世不放手了 |

其实我昨天就猜到你是用既煮酱料煮的,而且也猜你是否用这个牌子(因为我家就是买这个牌子的),不过我真的没想到真的在外国也可以买到这酱料哦
这牌子的curry laksa 也很好吃的。 |
