請問paypal完成認證是不是要輸入4個號碼才算完成認證。
我的card是public的，是不是public bank回寄那4個號碼來。
還是怎樣拿到拿到那4個號碼。

paypal只能出钱
暂时不能进钱
除非你有US BANK ACCOUNT 或是 别人转钱给你

i now have tune card ,i get this morning 29.2.08,i make a transaction online,pay through paypal(no verify account because i choose option"i don't has paypal acocunt and prefer pay throught credit card),charge rate is  $1 = RM3.416

-tunecard 可以提款
-paypal now能进钱,check paypal.com
-pbb debit card大概要 1month 拿到

-tunecard的用途会好过其他的debit card,RM9.9 one year,0.5%per transaction .大概要 7 working day (west malaysia) and 10 working day (east malaysia) 拿到 card after online apply and pay initial reload
-PayPal 里的钱 我们是可以 withdraw 去 visa and master card but 手續費 is $5 each time u withdraw
-Eon bank master card(debit card) -new debit card-

－tune card 能把paypal里的錢轉去Tune Card 但是 它的FEE 是 ＄5 every 交易，$5 will be give to paypal company
－那卡里的錢能從ATM withdraw出來但是有FEE，從CIMB bank ATM withdraw出來要RM1.15 其他要RM１０［如过没mistake]，
－go to tunemoney.com 申請,FREE 的但是CARD是在POS OFFICE get的和第一个RELOAD 要 minimium RM５０ ，
－你的CARD 要有minimim RM１０在你做every 交易是，example,you want to buy a book from a site ,the book is cost RM50,which mean you tunecard need RM 60 ,if less than rm60,你的交易will be cancel
-RELOAD MONEY through FPX system will be charge RM0.5,RELOAD at any pos office,cimb bank ,bank nasional will be charge RM 2

每个 debit card(visa type and mastercard type)都有个的好（tunemoney,public bank,eon)，donlt choose BSN card and am bank card,too many promblem like bsn card cannot make online purchase,建议大家go to their webpage to get more information,因为不一样的人有不一样的喜爱,like tunemoney 的年费是RM9.9 but public bank是RM２０＋ but public bank offer bonus point ,every RM1 will get a bonus point but didnt offer by tune money
