听說,亞航背後也有一位重要人物,只要他上台坐正之後,他就會開放航空給亞航,到時馬航就收盤,現在亞航大量進空中bus士,如果真的是如此的話,亞航私有化的可能性是真的,因為一但開放航空讓亞航飛行通過,那麼亞航就是會生金蛋的公司,不過私有化後,得利是那背後控制的人才能的利,因為到時馬航被亞航收購,那麼亞航就可以做大,那麼到時的費用也跟著提高。

多数基金好像不看好...最主要是它要得到庞大的融资...要不然它的飞机就有问题了. |

身为 AA 股东,以上这件事情我一直在跟进观察。
AA 的反应一直很消极,有点让我失望。
还好,前几天终于圆满结束了。 |

Hi Tony, I'm a fan of you.
I think AirAsia is no doubt one of the best company and best brand in Malaysia. In fact, I myself like to buy AA stocks in KLSE.
But I have something to talk about the brand of AA. Of course AA is now a synoname to LCC, but when more and more competitors like Tiger and Jetstar coming in, people will become more choosy, and the lowest fare is not the only factor to maintain customer loyalty or good brandname. AA has to improve its quality of customer service too.
Here's an example that I hope to draw your attention.
recently, I have read some negative comments about AirAsia in a internet forum. It's regarding the canceling of all the JB-Macau flights from Oct-2008.
A lots of people that have book the JB-Macau tickets are now struggling. They email to AA, but only get a computer generated respond, asking them to call by phone. When they do so, no body pick up the phone most of the time. And they only manage to get a refund when they appear thenself in front of the service-counter in Senai Airport.
Actually, I don't understand why AA remain silence regarding the cancellation of this JB-Macau flights. In fact, a lots of people still know nothing about the canceled flights. Some others had heard the news but still not sure about it. Some else don't know what to do. They are struggling whether they have to change/rearrange/cancel their holiday plan.
As an observer, I think AA is definitely destroying its brand in this event. In the forum, I see some people said they will never fly with AA anymore, instead will consider only Tiger or Jetstar in the future. (as a minor shareholder of AA, I'm quite worrying about AA too).
Actually, what AA need to do is just make a formal anouncement, and refund the customers. This will help people to re-plan their holiday schedule earlier. Then AA will win back the reputation, and continue to build a strong brand name.
As a minority shareholder of AA, I really concern about its good brandname.
It takes many years to built a reputation, but need only seconds to destroy it.

油價令吉若穩定
亞航或調低附加費
(吉隆坡17日訊)亞洲航空(AIRASIA,5099,主板貿易)創辦人兼總執行長拿督東尼費南德斯說,一旦油價及令吉跌勢穩定,或下調燃油附加費。繼馬航(MAS,3786,主板貿易)早前調降“特定客戶群”附加費,及馬航空運(MASkargo)下調我國至國際航空運輸協會(IATA)路線燃油附加費后,亞航終于放話挑明調降附加費的意願。
國際油價持續走軟,昨日更跌破70美元(約247令吉),寫下13個月新低水平,國內外航空業者因此開始相繼調低燃油附加費。
另外,業者也希望透過附加費調整策略,刺激市場需求,抵消全球金融風暴衝擊。
儘管業者成本將因油價劇挫下滑,但金融風暴同時也讓航空公司面臨嚴峻挑戰。
分析員曾指出,相較馬航,金融風暴對亞航的衝擊更大,因后者積極擴大機艦。
此外,美元轉強,也將增加亞航借貸成本壓力,該公司借貸多以美元計價。
另一方面,國外航空業者如法國航空(Air France- KLM)、澳洲昆達士航空(Qantas)、國泰航空(Cathay Pacific)和維京大西洋航空(Virgin Atlantic)等,也在最近數個星期以來相繼宣佈調降附加費。 |

亞航長程首架A33031日交機
(吉隆坡21日訊)亞航長程(AirAsia X)首架空中巴士(Airbus)A330客機,將在本月31日運抵,可藉此減低維修成本和燃料用量。亞洲航空(AIRASIA,5099,主板貿易)在本月7日,告別最后一架波音(Boeing)737客機,並將在本月開始,轉以空中巴士(Airbus)A320客機上陣,節省燃油。
去年12月,亞航向空中巴士訂購225架飛機,成為后者全球最大客戶。
亞航長程總執行長阿茲蘭上週曾指出:“新A330客機將減低亞航長程營運成本,每公里座位(ASK)成本將從4仙降至3.5仙,遠比傳統飛機的每公里座位7.5仙至8仙來得低。”
“同時,新客機將減低亞航長程燃油用量及維修成本,提高30%效率。” |
