又怎么跟它们申请回？我找了它家的website，没有哦...

没有PASSWORD也可以用。
当平时信用卡那样用，就可以了。
PASSWORD只是要在ATM拿钱才用到。

应该是真的有charge 6块钱。因为之前进多30块在里面，就有35，要拿30块出来他说不够钱。

不用密码。

在TUNE２BIG网， 也可以RELOAD。

按FPX， 按 一个BANK ，就可以了。

疑问。。。不知大家有那样的经验吗？ 该如何解决？

     我申请了卡后 买了 4 张机票，只有一张是我自己的其它是帮别人买的，问题是已经过了一个礼拜多都没给我BIG points！

    然后我有email 给 BIG 等了一个礼拜多，他们才回复要我去按那个claim points的！那我需要一张填写一次claim from吗？

   有没有更好的解决方法？？？

请问online 申请后， 多久能收到BIG CARD ?  我好像没还那$10（不是很记得了） ， １０月初到今天都没收到ＢＩＧ　ＣＡＲＤ　。　已经ｅｍａｉｌ　，还没收到ｒｅｐｌｙ　。　

有谁和我一样还没收到卡　？

你去TUNE２BIG网那儿， 看看STATUS APPLICATION CARD那儿，查一查有没有给RM１０。
