Revaluation of Bangunan AmBank Group, Menara AmBank, Wisma AmFIRST, The Summit Subang USJ, Prima 9, Prima 10, Kompleks Tun Sri Lanang (also known as Jaya 99) and Mydin HyperMall, Bukit Mertajam, pursuant to Chapter 10, Clause 10.02(b)(i) of the Securities Commissions ("SC") Guidelines on Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (the "SC's Guidelines on Listed REIT") and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standard 140 ("MFRS 140").
The Board of Directors of AmREIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. (“AmREIT”), the Manager of AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust (“AmFIRST REIT” or the “Trust”), wishes to announce that a revaluation exercise has been carried out on AmFIRST REIT's investment properties (the "Revaluation"). The details of the Revaluation are set out in the attachment.

BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF EXSIM HOSPITALITY BERHAD ("EXSIM").
The Board of Directors of AmREIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the Manager for AmFIRST REIT (“Manager”), wishes to announce that Maybank Trustees Berhad, acting in its capacity as the Trustee for AmFIRST REIT (“Trustee” or “Landlord”), had issued the Letter of Offer on 29 July 2025 (“Letter of Offer”) to appoint Mana Mana Holdings Sdn Bhd (“MMHSB” or “Operator”) which was accepted on 6 August 2025, to provide project management service in respect of the refurbishment and rebranding of The Summit Hotel Subang USJ (“Hotel”) (“Exercise”) and subsequently to operate the Hotel under a tenancy agreement upon the completion of the Exercise in accordance with the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Letter of Offer (“Proposal”).
