我也微微感觉有人在操纵，Unisem-WA亏了十千，希望在母股赚回。

实施自愿离职计划（VSS）并非件容易的是，必须得到百分之10以上员工及中高层管理认可才可，不然士气并非容易收拾。

亞洲和歐洲業務拖累‧友力森全年虧損破億

（吉隆坡26日訊）友力森（UNISEM，5005，主板科技組）的亞洲和歐洲業務虧損，導致截至2013年12月31日止第四季淨虧惡化，由1千950萬1千令吉擴至9千零78萬1千令吉，全年淨虧更衝破1億令吉，從3千230萬6千令吉擴至1億零536萬8千令吉。

第四季和全年營業額分別萎縮8.3%和9.3%，各報2億4千712萬令吉和9億9千零55萬4千令吉。

派息2仙

雖然虧損，董事部仍建議派發每股2仙股息。

該公司在初步報告中說，儘管第四季歐洲和美國的營業額分別增加25.4%和23%，卻無法抵銷亞洲營業額下滑9.2%的衝擊，由於三大市場皆無法獲利，造成第四季赤字惡化。

全年來看，基於亞洲營業額下跌10.6%，即使美國營業額強勢升高73.6%、歐洲小漲6.5%也於事無補。淨利方面，雖然美國業務獲利，卻難抵銷亞洲和歐洲業務虧損的影響。

該公司表示，正推行撙節措施和調整商業模式，隨著半導體業復甦，看好2014年表現將有改善。

另外，友力森宣佈，即日起委任主席兼董事經理謝聖德的兒子謝哲文（音譯）擔任執行董事。33歲的謝哲文從2007年起擔任該公司副首席營運員兼副總裁。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡27日訊）友力森（UNISEM，5005，主板科技組）2013年虧損惡化，分析員認為是受高稅率及轉型計劃影響，成本撙節措施將因業務不穩定而難以發揮作用。

肯納格研究認為，友力森虧損比預期嚴重主要是2013年稅率高於預期，因其稅前盈利符合預期，淨虧損1千530萬令吉受4大因素影響，包括印尼業務組裝及試運行、怡保、印尼及歐洲廠房資產減值、存貨呆滯撥備及前幾年資產遞延稅項虧損回撥。

該行表示，營業額下滑是因為配合第二階段轉型計劃而停產無獲利及過時產品，不過這也令該公司稅前盈利增長38%至720萬令吉。

“我們對該公司以高利潤產品及服務為焦點的第二階段轉型計劃持謹慎樂觀看法，保守認為最低薪金制及電費上漲將推高成本。”

業務欠缺穩定

有鑑於此，肯納格研究調低2014年淨利預測3%至1千800萬，2015年淨利預測為2千650萬令吉。

興業研究則指出，雖然成本撙節措施令友力森2013年業績超越預期，季度稅前盈利也取得改善，不過領域能見度淺短，令業務欠缺穩定度。

該公司管理層預見，2014年第一季營業額將按年及按季走低6%及5%、怡保的晶圓級芯片尺寸封裝（WLCSP）服務需求將上升、成都的微機電系統（MEMS）麥克風及壓力感應器需求將增長。

“計入全年業績及低運作費預測後，各調高2014及2015年盈利預測43%及3%，亦有可能面對馬幣兌美元走強、高原料成本及半導體市場放緩的主要風險。”（星洲日報／財經‧報道：郭曉芳）

券商：科技业缺动力 友尼森挑战重重

（吉隆坡10日讯）虽然友尼森（UNISEM，5005，主板科技股）首季转亏为盈，分析员认为该公司仍面对许多挑战，并需加强和改善公司运作。

安联研究分析员认为，友尼森目前最重要是需改善赚幅和厂房使用率，但科技领域缺乏强劲增长动力，这并不容易办到。

基于大部分同行赚幅更佳，投资回酬和周息率更高，财务状况也比较好，这是友尼森有必要加强的部分。

分析员维持“守住”评级，但基于公司转亏为盈，营运预计改善，上调目标价至1.15令吉。

友尼森首季录得926万6000令吉净利，去年同期则净亏974万4000令吉。

相比去年首季的2亿4972万3000令吉，友尼森今年首季营业额下滑8.68%，报2亿2804万8000令吉。



节流月省80万

友尼森管理层预计，控制成本和重新调整业务模式后，今年业绩表现将改善。

“PT Unisem的自愿离职计划（VSS）和欧洲Unisem厂房关闭，让公司每月可节省80万令吉。”



另外，半导体领域稳定的销售数据，有望刺激市场情绪。

达证券分析员认为其股价已反映公司重组计划，因此维持“卖出”评级，目标价为1.15令吉。

尽管周四公布的业绩表现佳，却无法激励友尼森的股价表现，周五闭市时微跌2仙，或1.57%，报1.25令吉。

（吉隆坡29日讯）随着全球经济回扬及消费者情绪转佳，友尼森（UNISEM，5005，主板科技股）有信心通过内部增长，在本财年取得更亮丽的业绩表现。

友尼森主席兼总执行长谢圣德在股东大会后，向媒体表示，全球经济回暖，将有助于改善公司营运环境与推动业务增长。

“我们相信公司可在下半年取得更佳表现，全年表现肯定比去年出色。届时，将会派发更多股息。”

今年投资5000万

友尼森目前拥有1亿7000万令吉现金流，并打算耗资约5000万令吉，作为今年的资本开销。

他看好今年半导体领域前景，主要是个人电脑市场稳定增长、平板电脑与手机需求持续殷切，以及崭新的可穿戴设备相继面市。

询及会否通过并购活动加速增长步伐时，他说：“我们看见领域有并购趋势，但我们并没有与其他人洽谈，我们希望专注于内部增长。”

经历连续两年蒙亏后，友尼森进行了重组活动及推行新商业模式，包括停产低销量产品、提高其他产品平均售价、进一步削减印尼巴淡岛（Batam）厂房的人手，以及停止其在威尔士（Wales）的运作等等。

首季转盈926万

截至3月杪首季，友尼森转亏为盈，净赚926万6000令吉，上财年同期净亏974万4000令吉。

对于首季营业额按年下跌8.7%，至2亿2804万8000令吉，谢圣德说，这是为了提高盈利赚幅，调整产品组合所致。

“尽管首季营业额滑落，但实际上我们取得更高赚幅，扣除利息、税务、折旧与摊销（EBITDA）赚幅从2012财年14%，扬至2013财年的17%。”

洽售威尔士厂地皮

询及怎样处置威尔士厂房时，谢圣德称，公司已经把机器转售，目前正在为该地皮寻求买家。

他说：“该地皮尚未估值，但我们已经和几个产业经纪洽谈有关转售地皮事宜，预计下半年能够成事。”

至于现有厂房运作，公司希望把厂房使用率从60%，增至85%以上后，才探讨扩充计划。【南洋网财经】
