Description	COASTAL CONTRACTS BHD ("COASTAL" OR "the Company") Signing of Large-Scale Solar ("LSS") Photovoltaic Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd ("SESB")
The Board of Directors of Coastal is pleased to announce that its 95%-owned subsidiary, Coastal Solar Sdn Bhd (“CSSB”) had on 26 June 2025 signed the PPA with SESB for the development and operation of Large-scale Solar PV Plant of 15.00 MWa.c. at Sandakan, Sabah (“Project”). CSSB received the fully executed PPA from SESB on 15 July 2025. Please refer to the full announcement as attached. This announcement is dated 16 July 2025.
