我怀疑我染上HIV~3个月的报告出来了~但怎么生病和痘痘都还没好啊~~

你必须相信检验结果，更何况你确定带套，检验也只是求个安心啊。

又有状况了。。。今天早上检查龟头，发现到龟头有红点红点，还有很多破皮的洞洞。。。。 |

明天要去BP LAB验血了。。。两位验血师的年龄都和我差不多。。。好难为情哦。。。。

Our lab is running HIV Combo, but not the P24 test, that we have to sent to Australia to do. But we can suggest them to do NAT testing for HIV. These test,test for the HIV antigen, and it is a molecular test. Sent to KL and the turn around time is 24 hours.
The price for all the test are as follows:
1. P24 RM 160.00
2. HIV Combo RM 40.00
3. NAT ( Molecular Testing ) RM 220.00
什么是 NAT ( Molecular Testing ) ??

Nucleic acid-based tests (NAT)
Nucleic-acid-based tests amplify and detect one or more of several target sequences located in specific HIV genes, such as HIV-I GAG, HIV-II GAG, HIV-env, or the HIV-pol.[31][32] Since these tests are relatively expensive, the blood is screened by first pooling some 8-24 samples and testing these together; if the pool tests positive, each sample is retested individually. Although this results in a dramatic decrease in cost, the dilution of the virus in the pooled samples decreases the effective sensitivity of the test, lengthening the window period by 4 days (assuming a 20-fold dilution, ~20hr virus doubling time, detection limit 50 copies/ml, making limit of detection 1,000 copies/ml). Since 2001, donated blood in the United States has been screened with nucleic-acid-based tests, shortening the window period between infection and detectability of disease to a median of 17 days (95% CI, 13-28 Days, assumes pooling of samples).[33] A different version of this test is intended for use in conjunction with clinical presentation and other laboratory markers of disease progress for the management of HIV-1-infected patients. |

Generally 95% of peoples will develop HIV antibody after 6 weeks.
Hence, for your case NAT is not required anymore. I EXPLAINED many times in my previous reply NAT is virus test. If your antibody already shows up. Virus test is not recommended. |

The lab you had visited is professional STD lab? The result can be come out in 2 hours time?
3 weeks antibody test result is very convincing but not conclusive. I think you should have more relief.
At least 80% you do not catch HIV. |

Yes, a professional doctor will not recommend you to do NAT test alone.
Generally, for NAT test must be combined with any type of antibody test. We called it DUO test. |

我不晓得哦，因为KPJ Specialist的医生叫我在哪里验血，他们的化验室，我就在哪里等2小时呢！我不知道准不准，所以我到现在都很怕....怎么说80%没有呢？ 通常3个礼拜如果有的话，会验出来？？ |

如果医生自己拥有检验仪器，2小时就有可能咯。
3个星期后的检验结果只是一个好的开始，建议6 - 8 星期再验一次。
你之前所有的症状已经排除与艾滋病无关。
医生没说什么吗? |

看医生 = RM70
血检查HIV和胆固醇，红/白血球 = RM165
药物 = RM4.75

我很想尽快知道答案，我很怕传染到家人，我真的希望自己没有事... |
