The Board of Directors of IFCA wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a new subsidiary namely AIX Technology Sdn. Bhd. (“AIX”) in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 2016 on 23 July 2025.
AIX (Registration No. 202501033980 (1635390-P)) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The issued share capital of AIX was RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares as at the date of incorporation, but this has been increased to RM500,000 comprising 500,000 ordinary shares on 19 August 2025.
The intended principal activity of AIX is provision of Artificial Intelligence (AI) products and services.
The incorporation of AIX will not have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of IFCA Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect in the incorporation of AIX.
