Dear sir / madam
I have visited the BookFest @ Malaysia 2009 (the Biggest Bookfest in Southeast Asia) in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). I regret that the whole event was in a mess and not organized at all; hence, being the loyal supporter of this event, i think i should give your some of my feedbacks.
To my point of view the whole event obviously not properly organized.the book fair title which emphasizing "Overseas Chinese Book Fair", however, the percentage of the Chinese books badly reducing with the increased of total English books, how can the book fair still placed the name of "Chinese Book Fair" if up to 40-45% English books are occupying big and obvious spaces ??
furthermore, the worst part is the selling of the Bata shoes in the book fair, it' s extremely unacceptable for book fair to have so many types of goods that not related at all to "books" selling and putting together...This should be purly a book fair rather than "Pasar malam" and i hope this is clear to your and consumer...."
The whole event was completely disappointed if compared with previous years, i still remember there were three rooms occupied for this Chinese Book Fair in 1st & 2nd year, but for this year the size of book fair only occupied the pathetic one small room. I think your research and development dept should work harder in order to get more meaningful "overseas" Chinese books before organising any book fair for public in coming years if you still need the full support from those Chinese book fans which still having "high hope" on your events...
In fact, I have written three feedback letters and link our comment in forum to your previously. Unfortunately, none of the reply I have received from your pertaining to this matter till today.

Lastly, kindly look into this matter "seriously" to avoid the lost of loyal customers in the very near future.
Yours faithfully
