伟特6000万峇都加湾建厂

（吉隆坡20日讯）伟特机构（VITROX，0097，主板科技股）将投入5000万至6000万令吉，在峇都加湾工业园兴建第二间厂房。

伟特机构总执行长朱振荣在出席股东大会后表示，第二间厂房伟特Campus2.0将会在2017年首半年准备就绪。

“建筑工程将会在今年第三季开始进行。

这家新厂会成为公司的新总部，且让伟特创新园进行研发活动。”

他表示，集团将会在未来10年投入至少2000万令吉在研发活动上，去年则已投入2400万令吉。

朱振荣表示，集团预计今年将是另一个增长年。

“相比于去年，预计今年营业额将取得单位数或双位数增长。”

他补充，在今年首5个月，集团已拥有接近6700万令吉销售。【南洋网财经】

伟特机构次季净利报997万令吉，或每股净利4.28仙，逊于去年同期的1999万6000令吉或8.61仙。

营业额按年下滑40.23%，仅录得3891万4000令吉，去年同期为6510万3000令吉，主要是MVS、ECS客户的营业额下跌，导致需求走低。

业绩欠佳　伟特股价急跌

在营业额下跌及更高的企业税务拖累下，伟特科技（VITROX，0097，主板科技股）2015財政年上半年（截至6月30日止）净利表现低于市场预测，导致其股价在周五应声下跌，全天下滑8仙或2.61%，以2.98令吉闭市，而盘中一度触及2.95令吉全天最低。

该公司2015財政年次季净利为997万令吉，按年下滑50.16%；营业额则按年下跌40.23%，至3891万令吉。上半年而言，该公司净利按年下降19.61%，至1928万令吉；营业额则按年滑落17.92%，至7217万令吉。

丰隆投行分析员表示，伟特科技今年上半年核心盈利为1430万令吉，低于他及市场预测，仅佔丰隆投行和市场全年预测的28.2%及25.1%，主要是因为营业额表现低于预期，以及更高的有效企业税务所致。

该分析员补充说，该公司营业额表现不理想，则是因为其MVS-T產品的订单大跌。

「该公司今年次季营业按年下跌40.2%，因为其机器视觉系统（MVS）和电子通讯系统（ECS）的营业额，分別按年下跌71%及23%。」

不过，按季比较，机器视觉系统、自动化电路板检测（ABI）和电子通讯系统营业额，则分別提升14%、16%及73%。

无论如何，该分析员指出，由于看好半导体及电子领域的前景，所以乐观看待该公司2015財政年的业绩表现。此外，推动该公司成长的正面因素，还包括该公司专注于扩张市场、加强顾客关係及创新的產品。

需求復甦‧新訂單支撐‧偉特短期展望看好

（吉隆坡1日訊）偉特機構（VITROX，0097，主板科技組）第二季業績低於預期及盈利短期受高稅務侵蝕，不過肯納格研究看好該公司下半年表現將填補第二季的缺失，因旗下的機器檢視系統（MVS）及自動檢測板（ABI）已在第二季復甦，接獲各國原件製造商（OEM）、電子製造服務（EMS）供應商及合約製造商（CM）訂單。

另外，該公司已在今年6月獲取新的新興工業地位，10年內（至2024年）享有100%免稅優惠，不過僅可在產品符合大馬投資發展機構（MIDA）要求後，於第四季開始享有全面扣稅優惠，肯納格估計，2015財政年料出現13%的企業稅。

該公司之前的新興工業地位免稅優惠已在2015年4月1日到期。

資產負債表強穩
派息率20%

截至今年6月，偉特機構零負債率及持有7千230萬令吉現金，派息率20%，但每年都穩定撥出20%以上盈利派息。

肯納格認為，資產負債表強穩及20%以上穩定派息率，相信該公司在2015及2016財政年將每股派息6.3仙及7.4仙，相等於週息率2.3%及2.7%。

肯納格並看好在需求復甦及新訂單支撐下，偉特機構下半年將表現更佳，而第二季業績表現已反映在疲弱股價上。

偉特機構股價從8月開始走跌及以2令吉80仙掛收，肯納格相信是受表現一般的第二季業績影響。該公司股價今日收市報2令吉82仙，起2仙。

偉特機構次季取得1千萬令吉季度淨利，導致上半年淨利走跌20%至1千930萬令吉，僅達市場淨利預測的36%，主要是MVS-T銷售走疲及高稅務所致。

截至目前為止，貢獻整體營業額27%的MVS訂單高於第二季，肯納格看好營業額將合理化至第一季的400萬至500萬令吉水平。至於貢獻整體營業額70%的ABI業務，7月杪訂單企於1千100萬令吉。

第三季訂單約2500萬

“預計在歐洲、日本及大馬新訂單支撐下，第三季訂單約2千500萬令吉，帶來至少2千200萬令吉的營業額。”

貢獻整體營業額2%的電子聯繫系統（ECS）業務，移動及感應方案需求料持軟。

鑑於未來3年市場需要400個單位自動X射線檢測（AXI）代替，目前該公司也在拓展產能應對潛在需求，肯納格看好其短期展望。

因器材銷售預測調低20%、56%及24%及受更高美元影響，肯納格下調2015及2016財政年淨利預測17%及14%。

首季订单有增无减　伟特中期前景看好

（吉隆坡3日讯）虽然伟特科技（VITROX，0097，主板科技股）2015財政年末季和全年净利皆按年下滑，但分析员仍看好该公司的中期前景，因为该公司的各个部门今年首季的订单有增无减，首季营业额料达5000万令吉。

肯纳格研究分析员表示，伟特科技2015財政年的业绩令人满意，其2015財政年末季净利按年急跌41%，至930万令吉；全年净利则按年滑落9.7%，4430万令吉，主要是受到税款拨备所影响。

同时，该分析员指出，若扣除税款拨备，该公司的全年净利將按年上涨2%，至5000万令吉，占他与市场预测的102%和101%。

需求强稳

与此同时，分析员分享说，管理层指机器视觉系统（MVS）和自动电板视检系统（ABI）去年末季的需求均强稳。各个国家的原装设备製造（OEM）和电子生產服务（EMS），给予的订单源源不绝。

就机器视觉系统部门而言，该公司的MVS-S今年首2个月接获的订单便有200个系统，超过2015年末季的170个和首季的166个。

此外，该公司尚未面市的新系统，也接近从全球半导体业者拿到订单。

分析员进一步指出，MVS-T系统部门方面，该公司今年首季料將交付12至15架新机器，去年末季和去年全年各有6架和18架。未来两个月料接获6至10架机器的订单，说明本季的需求前景已明显好转。

至於自动电板视检系统部门，分析员称，目前的订单价值是2000万令吉，主要由新產品和来自原装设备製造及电子生產服务的交易所支撑。

再看电子通讯系统（ECS）部门，该公司的感应器方案的需求按季已见好转，今年首季的营业额料达200万令吉。

因此，分析员预测，假设伟特科技拿到各部门的潜在订单，今年首季的营业额至少高达5000万令吉。2016財政年料取得比2015財政年更高的净利。

「我们乐观看待该公司的中期前景，因为市场在未来3年內，估计有400架自动X光检测器（AXI）有待更换。该公司因而正提高其產能来应付市场需求。」

迎合视觉检测设备需求增长 伟特1.2亿拓展槟城业务

（吉隆坡21日讯）伟特机构（VITROX，0097，主板科技股）今明年将拨出1.2亿令吉拓展槟城业务，以迎合全球高涨的机械视觉和视觉检测设备需求。

《星报》引述伟特机构总执行长朱振荣谈话指，这笔资金将用来打造峇都加湾（Batu Kawan）的新厂房，预计会在明年中旬竣工。

同时，资金也会用来为现有的峇六拜（Bayan Lepas）厂房采购生产设备，该厂房的使用率是80%。

朱振荣表示，拓展活动是必须的。根据近期的市场调查，机械视觉市场在2015至2020年期间的年均复增（CAGR）预计达9.1%。

报告指出，机械视觉市场规模在这期间料从80.8亿美元（约329.2亿令吉），扩大至125亿美元（约509.3亿令吉）。

“市场对有素质的检测和自动化有需求。另外，制造厂也需要视觉向导机器人系统，而消费者则需要特殊应用机器视觉系统，这些都是推动市场增长的因素。”

次季推介新设备

他说，亚太区是全球制造枢纽，能为机械视觉系统带来新商机。

伟特机构首季净利劲扬68% 归功于税收重新入账

（吉隆坡25日讯）鉴于上一年缴交的所得税重新入账，伟特机构（Vitrox Corp Bhd）2016财政年首季净利劲扬67.6%至1560万令吉，或每股6.68仙，同期仅净赚931万令吉，或每股4仙。

随着伟特机构获国际贸易与工业部（MITI）颁布“先驱地位”（pioneer status），因而享有上述税收减免的优惠。

该集团2016财年首季（截至今年3月杪）的营业额攀升68.5%至5603万令吉，同期为3326万令吉，主要是产品需求走高所推动。

然而，该集团首季并未宣布派发股息。

伟特机构今日透过大马交易所发布的未审计财报指出，子公司ViE Technologies私人有限公司获贸工部颁布先驱地位，并负责内嵌高密度电子模块的设计、开发和生产工作，为期5年。

“这项奖掖将从2013年1月1日开始，直至2017年12月31日。”

该集团表示，目前政府征收的所得税是来自ViE非先驱产品（non-pioneer）的部分非营业收入，以及非税务减免收入。

展望未来，伟特机构对2016财年的业务前景抱持谨慎乐观态度。

“我们将继续着重于市场拓展活动、客户关系建设，以及产品创新，以进一步推动业务增长。”
