Van Gaal reveals why Lingard has been brought into Manchester United first-team fold

Jesse Lingard has broken into the Man Utd squad this season and impressed against CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Louis van Gaal has revealed it's Jesse Lingard's pace that has helped the 22-year-old break into the Manchester United first team.
Lingard started Van Gaal's first competitive game in charge against Swansea but suffered a knee injury and spent the second half of the season on loan at Derby.
Van Gaal resisted loan offers for the winger in the summer. And after coming off the bench during the 3-0 win over Everton last month, Lingard has been involved in United's last five games including starting home and away against CSKA Moscow in the Champions League.
 Van Gaal told MUTV : "He’s doing well.
"That’s why I want to keep him and why I have said his chances shall come. He has a lot of pace and I like pace on the wings. Now he has first assist also (against CSKA).
"I think he shall have a boost from this game because he played very well, in my opinion, and I hope he shall continue."
如果球迷有耐心，或许Jesse Lingard继续发展并发光的机会会高一些，但是考虑到现在很多人叫他OUT了。 所以只能希望在剩下的54天他能满足Van Gaal对于边路的所有需求，不然的话1月转会期几乎可以肯定一定有个成熟的速度型边路的到来了。。
到时后可以预见马后炮可能又说前面给机会J.Lingard，后面却冷藏他。。可是他们从没有想过他们现在对于Van Gaal的不支持/不满也有可能导致J.Lingard的机会给扼杀。很多人说希望可以再出现92班，但是可能吗？Van Gaal要给青训机会，球迷却不满成绩、踢法。。 既要满足高层对于成绩、青训的要求又不能得罪球迷？ 我们都知道做事根本没可能满足全部人的。
p/s:
1) 我对于现在的传控入门版也有所不满，但我不会盲反。
2) 我也希望有新一batch青训能够进入一队，但以现在球迷需要速食成绩的情况来看我觉得给青训的机会只有一点，如果不能完全把握的话就是很难了。

切尔西现任主帅穆里尼奥有意接班范加尔执教曼联。
目前范加尔与曼联的合同在2017年夏天到期，这名荷兰铁帅已经多次表态届时他肯定会退休。
并不希望他来，我们可不要短期成功 |

今天是德赫亚的25岁生日。弗格森在他的新书《Leading》里说，他执教曼联的1500场比赛只缺席过3次，第一次是1998年去格拉斯哥出席嫂子葬礼，第二次是2000年去南非参加大儿子婚礼，最后一次就是2010年去考察德赫亚。
