1. What is BLR?
2. What is the rate currently bank offer?
3. How to know my buyer can getting the loan amountbased on their salary?
4. If lets say my buyer didn’t declare income tax,can my buyer getting loan?
5. How many type loan is the bank offer to purchaser,and what is the different(term loan, flexi loan and Islamic loan),explain thedifferent if can. ^^
6. Is every banks offer rate all are the same? Whatis ccris and ctos means?
7. Which bank can offer best rate currently in themarket?
8. What is documents need submit to bankers applyloan(personal and company)
9. If myclients got ccris and ctos problems, still can apply the loan?

21. Normally the bank will check the buyer ccris andctos status only or the banks also will check the seller ccris and ctos status?whenthe bank check this status, do the bank need pay any fee?
22. If the buyer has been signed the letter offerfrom the bank, bur aborted before sign loan agreement, does the buyer need payany penalty to the banks?
23. If the buyer sign loan agreement and has pay allthe legal fee and stamp duty, but aborted before the bank the balance to theseller, does the buyer need pay any penalty to bank? what about the legal feeand stamp duty, is refundable to buyer?
