| Remarks : | | On 30/9/2013, Integrated Rubber Corporation Berhad (IRCB) announced the capital reduction of the par value of the ordinary share of RM0.20 each in IRCB ("IRCB Share") pursuant to Section64(1) of the Companies Act 1965, involving the cancellation of RM0.15 of the par value of every IRCB Share and thereafter, the consolidation of every two ordinary shares of RM0.05 each into one new ordinary share of RM0.10 each in IRCB (Capital Reduction and Consolidation) as part of IRCB's regularisation plan. The Capital Reduction and Consolidation gave rise to adjustments to the existing warrants exercise price and/or number of existing warrants so far as unexercised. Consequently, the exercise price of the unexercised Warrants was adjusted from RM0.25 each to RM0.50 each. There was no change to the number of warrants outstanding. IRCB on 6/11/2014 issued a notice of adjustment to the warrant of IRCB with regards to aforementioned adjustment. |

綜合橡膠機構 首季淨利大漲14倍

（吉隆坡16日訊）綜合橡膠機構（IRCB，2127，主要板工業）截至4月底首季淨利交出14倍增長，從29萬令吉飆升至409萬令吉，由盈利賺幅從5%增至12%推動。
該公司營業額亦從3632萬令吉，攀升44.8%至5258萬令吉，這是基于新安裝生產線，提高產能貢獻。
綜合橡膠機構向馬證交所報備，雖然營運效率提升和賺幅獲得改善，但其他營運開銷也微增至42萬令吉。
天然氣價格預計在7月份平均增10.3%；天然橡膠價格則從1月的每公噸376.69令吉，在5月份攀升18%至每公噸447.58令吉，估計將在未來持續成長。
美元走強將緩衝這些成本壓力，並正面貢獻綜合橡膠機構淨利表現。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡10日讯）综合橡胶机构（IRCB，2127，主板工业产品股）完成重组计划，下周一起脱离PN17公司行列。
根据文告，该公司已重组财务和营运状况，大马交易所也因此决定批准公司申请，提早脱离PN17公司。
2012年12月27日，该公司因拖欠3家银行债务，该笔款项均超过公司净资产的5%，因此被列入PN17。
当时，文告指出，公司担保人Chip Lam Seng有限公司正在重组，导致子公司Comfort橡胶手套工业的现金受限，无法偿还大马银行、联昌国际银行和马银行的贷款。

（吉隆坡17日讯）COMFORT手套（COMFORT，2127，主板工业产品股）截至7月31日次季净利飙升7倍，从上财年同期的63万令吉，剧增至500万7000令吉。
在销量和营运效率的提高下，营业额也从上财年同期的3850万2000令吉，增49%至5734万4000令吉。
累积上半年净利也暴增近9倍至909万8000令吉；营业额扬46.9%，至1亿992万令吉。
COMFORT手套次季业绩连续两个季度的净利大增，主要受益于效率和制造设备提升。
展望未来，在经济不景气的环境下，COMFORT手套将积极维持增长动力，重点发展特殊手套，以减少丁腈手套削价战带来的影响。【南洋网财经】

Comfort手套 净利飙升近11倍

（吉隆坡12日讯）Comfort手套有限公司（COMFORT，2127，工业产品组）截至10月杪的2016财年第三季，净利按年劲飙11倍至717万令吉，上财年同季仅净赚67万2000令吉。
根据大马交易所的文告，Comfort手套第三季营业额按年走升59.6%至6128万令吉，相比上财年同季的3839万令吉。
“由于Comfort手套今年顺利完成扩展计划，因而推高第三季的业绩表现。”
该手套业者表示，按季比较，Comfort手套2016财年次季净赚498万令吉，营业额报5734万令吉。
“公司管理层本财年第三季专注于缩减公用事业与直接材料的成本，总赚幅也由次季的11.73%，提高至16.54%。”
总结2016财年首9个月的业绩表现，Comfort手套的净利大幅上扬逾10倍至1626万令吉，上财年同期净赚159万令吉；累计三季营业额报1亿7120万令吉，相比上财年同期的1亿1322万令吉，涨幅为51.2%。
随着公众对医疗保健的认知逐渐提升，Comfort手套预计，亚洲和其他新兴经济体的橡胶手套需求和使用量将增加。
有鉴于此，该公司表示，将持续在亚洲与美国市场力争更多市占率，这两个市场为公司营业额带来80%的进账。
Comfort手套指出，基于现有营运固定成本料不会提高，因此，扩展计划将大幅提高公司的盈利水平，公司也将维持供特殊用途定制手套的策略。【光华日报财经】
