去developer 拿management的contact,最好叫埋别的居民一起去。。。。这里的management已经没有控制,乱来了。。。 |

my contractor kena oso.....i quarrel with the indian guy without uniform name Bell.....he said he didnt ask for rm5....so i ask my contractor and he said is a chineseman ask for that....same situation park visitor car park after register and pay rm5......big fight with the indian and he said got stick on the glass about it....i didnt go down see and i scold him why didnt send memo to all owner regarding this plus who has the rights to do that. who keep the rm5? he just answer me ask developer....%^&^%*&^%^$@#$@#$$#!!!! WTF management is this.....

只要居民团结,他们根本没办法为难我们的。。。。很多时候是居民不团结,所以它们才为所欲为。。。
世面上很多好的management 公司,不喜欢的话就还management,这个什么subang perdana根本不是什么condo management的料,manage low cost flat就厉害,developer应该是贪它便宜才请它管。。。居民是时候管了。。。。不然maintenace fee 大部分应该进developer口袋,到时候condo 的 account 是负资产就惨。。。 |
