We refer to our announcement made on behalf of TAE dated 16 October 2009. AmInvestment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Board of Directors of TAE, wishes to announce that the Securities Commission (“SC”) has, vide its letter dated 21 October 2009, approved the further extension of time of two (2) months to 10 January 2010. The Board of Directors of TAE also wishes to highlight that neither TAE nor TA Global has any intentions of delaying the abovementioned listing. The additional time of two (2) months sought is a buffer in the event of any unforeseen circumstances which may delay the proposed listing. TAE still targets to list its property division by the end of November 2009.
This announcement is dated 23 October 2009.

因为TAG要上市，TAE 就用股息的方式回馈股东。那股息不是用钱而是用股票来代替。

10粒TAE 送 TAG 6粒xRM0.50= RM3000 和 6 粒 ICPSxRM0.50=RM3000.00 = RM6000.00.

所以 我们讲的 RM0.60股息 就是 6粒TAG + 6 粒ICPS。

还是ICPS 3年后是直接变成3000 SHARE面值50SEN  TA GLOBAL?

yes.....u only can convert to TAG after 3 years and mandatory when reach maturity which is 5 years. need to top up RM0.50 to convert to TAG.

means, if i no hv ICPS TAGS, i cant make convert althouth 3 to 5years later rite?.only with 1 unit ICPS can convert 1 unit TA to TA GLOBAL after 3 years rite?
