被害是费迪南的弟弟，事前是R.费迪南要插手这件事先的，还有高喊有Terry没有他，有他没有Terry，喊到酱爽，害到河神要2选1，很明显河神认为两者之间Terry更出色 ，现在真的有Terry没有他了，还好意思抱怨河神不重视他:@，应该为自己所说过的话负责嘛,难不成招他进来制造内讧吗？ （纯粹个人意见，本人其实也不很喜欢Terry的）

England’s hopes at Euro 2012 hinge on whether they can stay in the hunt until the last group game against Ukraine.

If they do that, they have suddenly got one of the best strikers in the world back in the mix and anything can happen.

I still remember the way Wayne Rooney tore William Gallas apart in England’s game against France at Euro 2004.

People are saying he hasn’t performed at a tournament since then, but forget that. It’s irrelevant.

If you think Rooney was good in 2004, he’s better than that now.

The first game against France will be tight, and England have to beware of being so afraid of losing that they miss their opportunity to win.

But if they get something out of that game, they may well go into that Ukraine game in a winner takes all situation and with Rooney raring to go.

There are other things that could work in England’s favour, too.

Roy Hodgson is a good manager and I don’t think he’ll have a problem dealing with the pressure.

Roy has his own philosophies and his own ways of working and they have stood him in good stead all his life. He just has to stick to them and he will be fine.


Yes, he’s been thrown in at the deep end with not a lot of time to prepare, but there is actually less pressure on him than there has been on a lot of other managers going into a major competition.

There is a level of acceptance that England are not going to be coming back with the trophy that hasn’t been seen for a while.

At the moment, most people have a more rational view about England’s prospects, which is the best way to be.

That doesn’t mean being pessimistic.

It just means that if England lose to Spain in the quarter-finals, no one is going to complain.

England have had more than their share of injuries already but if they can avoid getting any more and steer clear of suspensions, then they can have a good tournament.

I think Spain or Germany will win it, but I think both the co-hosts might surprise a few people.

When you are England manager, there are always going to be situations that smack you straight in the face.


The debate over Roy Hodgson’s decision to exclude Rio Ferdinand from his Euro 2012 squad is one of them.

Ferdinand is as good a central defender as there is. He is certainly as good as any English centre-back.

I feel for him if he is not going to the tournament for some reason other than football.

And what about Martin Kelly, by the way? The longer everyone keeps chatting about Ferdinand, the more damaging it is for Kelly.

Sooner or later, the lad is going to start saying to himself, ‘What am I doing here’?

I have seen some people drawing comparisons between this situation and the time when Alan Hansen was left out of the Scotland 1986 World Cup squad by Sir Alex Ferguson.

To leave out a guy who had just captained his Liverpool team to the Double that season was a big decision.

Sir Alex phoned me up about it, partly because I was Liverpool manager at the time, and said he was taking another player who would give him more options.

I understood his decision, but that didn’t mean I had to agree with it.

No two situations are the same, though, and I am not privy to the conversations that Roy will have had with people behind the scenes over the Ferdinand situation, but he would surely have spoken to Sir Alex.

Maybe it could have been dealt with earlier but there is no point trying to second guess Roy.

He says the decision has been made for footballing reasons, and he is not going to pick a team he thinks is going to lose.

When I was appointed Liverpool manager again, I began to realise what an incredible job he does on and off the pitch.

I knew a lot of what he could do on the pitch. Everyone has seen the way he has grabbed some of Liverpool’s biggest games by the scruff of the neck and dragged the team to victory.

But, behind the scenes, you see how he understands the importance of the position that he holds as Liverpool captain.

Some of the work he does encouraging his team-mates and with representing the club is unbelievable.

He will carry that on for England now that he has been made captain of the national team.

He’s a superb choice.

Robert Lewandowski (Poland) He has had a terrific season for Borussia Dortmund and was one of the main reasons they won the German title. All the players I’m singling out are forwards, and I like a lot about Lewandowski. He’s a prolific scorer, he can run at players and he can hold the ball up.

Robin van Persie (Holland) I don’t need to say much about him. His actions and his goals for Arsenal and his country speak for themselves. Fantastic striker of the ball with a lovely touch.

Fernando Torres (Spain) I think he’s ready to return. He played for Chelsea at Anfield towards the end of the season and he looked sharper and more confident than I have seen him for a long time. I’ve got a feeling he may be ready to make a wee impression. He’s not far from being back to his best.

Marco Reus (Germany) He is only 23, but if he gets a game I think he’ll keep his place in the side. He is like lightning and can play anywhere across the front. He’s got great feet, he scores, he creates, his movement is really good. A really, really exciting prospect.


Nikica Jelavic (Croatia) He did very well in the months after he joined Everton last season. His touch and his eye for goal are superb. If he can reproduce the goal-scoring form he showed for his club with his country, they might surprise a few people.

大大几时变成法官了，人家还没被判有罪的啊，你就事先判人有罪，英足总惩罚也已经收回他的的队长领袖作为惩罚了，显然他是队中重要的一员，你也不为河神想想，人家都说河神认为2者不能能共存了，才会从两人选更出色的一个出赛嘛，至少人家认为Terry 是两者之间更出色的那位，何况河神是主帅，在英格兰队选谁就是他一个人说了算的，他要选Terry或许有原因的，也许他认为terry更适合他的阵容呢，他选谁，我们也不能控制嘛，我们能做的只有尊重和支持他的决定

虽然利物浦仅列英超第八，但却有6名球员入选英格兰国家队，整个赛季无进球无助攻的唐宁更是将占据首发左前卫位置。《卫报》专栏作家菲费尔德撰文分析了这种现象的原因，而唐宁本人也坚信红军将士能够为三狮军团作出卓越贡献。

出征本届欧洲杯的英格兰队前景并不被看好，这支三狮军团竟然有6名利物浦球员在阵，其中被霍奇森视为左前卫首选的唐宁更是饱受质疑。《卫报》专栏作家多米尼克-菲费尔德分析了红军将士尤其是唐宁受到重视的原因，而唐宁本人也坚信红军将士能够为三狮军团作出卓越贡献。


《卫报》：唐宁誓言回击质疑

颇具讽刺意义的是，当谈及谁是英格兰队最不具备出征欧洲杯资格的球员时，唐宁的当选极具压倒性。上赛季为利物浦效力时，这位边锋球员既没有进球，也没有送出过助攻。谈到自己的入选，唐宁表示：“上赛季在利物浦，我的状态始终起起伏伏，有发挥出色的时候，也有不尽如人意的时候。但过去5任英格兰国家队主帅中的4位都将我招入队中，对我而言这已经足够。他们很明显是肯定我的表现和能力。”

当然，唐宁去年夏天以2000万英镑从阿斯顿维拉登陆安菲尔德后的表现并不理想，这也是他饱受质疑的关键原因。而霍奇森希望唐宁能够在左路担负起为俱乐部队友卡罗尔输送炮弹的重任，恢复其2010-2011赛季效力阿斯顿维拉时的巅峰状态，当时他个人便有8粒进球入账，而且边路助攻的表现也值得称道。而加盟红军后首战桑德兰，唐宁的远射被横梁挡出，似乎也为他和整支球队的表现定了调。唐宁表示：“没能收获进球的确有些尴尬，我有多次击中门框的经历，也错过不少机会。可助攻呢，我还是像在维拉及米德尔斯堡时积极为队友创造机会，整个赛季我都在努力这样做，可惜队友们未能抓住机会，这的确非常遗憾。”

上赛季，利物浦位居英超第八，主教练达格利什也黯然去职，可霍奇森仍旧选择了6名红军球员进入本次欧洲杯名单。同时有6名利物浦球员入选三狮军团，这种情况之前仅仅出现过一次。那是1977年英格兰对阵瑞士的友谊赛，利物浦的克莱门斯、尼尔、休斯、肯尼迪、卡拉甘以及麦克德莫特一起入选格林伍德执教的英格兰队，那场友谊赛最终以0-0收场，而那时的利物浦在英超及欧冠赛场都占据统治地位。


目前，我们的期待是利物浦球员能够摆脱他们在俱乐部的低迷。对此，唐宁表示：“我不认为我和其他5名队友本赛季的表现不佳，但我承认作为整体，利物浦的发挥不够理想。我们有些不走运，而我对主教练的离去深感遗憾。整个赛季，我们真正糟糕的表现仅有一两次，利物浦球迷能够看到，我们能够在安菲尔德与任何对手抗衡，可惜往往无法如愿获胜，往往需要四到五次机会才能破门。”
