gerund就是动名次
就是verb 后面 +ing

present
is booked

Past
was booked
we ...

就像yen1988说的一样，真正的原因我无法解释（因为我不会）

不过每次看英文文章的时候，文章里头就是这样子写的,所以可以相当肯定，这种写法是对的.

例子：
-His actions have led to them being killed.
-Their stubbornness has led to them being expelled from the school.
-The flood has led to the road being closed.

"...led to more than 300 errant road users being booked..."

抱歉，我已经试找过Google了，不过还是找不到关于"led to...being"的文章，可以的话，请请教老师...

Waiving of Annual Fee都可以接受

如果是"Application for Waiving of Annual Fee"会更好~

在我印象之中，I就好像they，you，we这样，动词没有加s
比如we were，they were对吗？
那么you was吗？

I was         You were
I am          You are

we were，they were 都对
we are,  they are

I you we they 和 plural 都不加s

那我想请问whom 是不是前面+ 上 preposition like (for, by)

e.g.The letter is for whom.
假如是对.
那除了以上我所说的, 还有那一些.

我一直以来都很讨厌grammar这样东西，可是每次assignment分回来，一定会有remarks说我有grammar problems.(分数被扣）常常打开电脑，都不懂要如何写，在那边发呆。 我以前去过ERICAN学过两个level，可是不见得我的英文有任何进步。英文讲错也没有人纠正我，half-banana还要用他不常讲的华语跟我聊天。上了学院后，我是有开始看英文报，还有常常把别人用过的英语抄下来，然后用来和别人chatting。

现在看来，单看报纸和学别人的英语是不够的，我还要学grammar.
想问你never的后面要用past tense吗？(据我所知，never后面是放present tense的，可是看到有些文章never后面放past tense，就觉得很奇怪）
before和after又要怎么用，要不要放past tense?

When who is used as an object, it becomes 'whom'.

He is the one whom she loves.
She is the one whom they have chosen.

You never know.(Present)
He never learns.(Present)

He has never done anything wrong. (Perfect)
She has never loved him. (Perfect)

They never knew she was that kind of person. (Past)
He never had the chance. (Past)

As for before and after:
She always washes her hands before having her meals.
They went for a movie after having dinner.

很像是这样子吧...
